he is a Registered Quantity Surveyor is an Associate Professor in University Teknologi Malaysia.

The Speaker:  Lim Seng Lim ,BSc(Hons), LLB(Hons), Msc, FRICS, MCIArb,
specialised in the preparation of extension of time claims, loss & expense claims, providing assistance in arbitration proceedings and advice on contracts administration to contractors in Malaysia and Brunei.
he has appeared in numerous arbitration hearings, giving evidence of the methods adopted in quantifying claims for extension of time, variation and loss and expense. he is also currently acting as an advisor to the Contractor's Association (Kuching and Samarahan Divison).


Venue: Merdeka Palace Hotel & Suites, Kuching.
