[其他：求助]请帮我看看win2k 中了什么毒?

每次用win2k 的时候， 当right click "start"去explorer 的时候，都会有message pop 出来＂explorer.exe has generated error and will be close by window, please restart the program", 不然有时候进去了explorer,但是不能copy and paste, 到底中了什么毒？

UPDATE 它的SERVICE PACK 看看 。。 可能IE有问题 。。 |

不是IE， 是window explorer， 我已经update service pack 了。但是问题依然存在。。。。。。 |

这个情况，你必须先尝试reinstall window... |

试试看这样做：
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> User Accounts
Remove你用着的 Account，然后再create一个新的（用别的名〕，Restart
再不可以，就用Anti Virus和Spy/Ad Ware Remover Scan 一下你的Drive C:看有没有垃圾软件 |
