Help....Web SCADA....!!!!

sorry.... cant type chinese in my school ....i doing my final year project about web or wap scada.....anyone know about it ???? is it just go to the geocities.com to apply an account then can do it edi..????  

i'm engineering student....i edi develop a scada system using visual basic..but my supervisor ask me to improve it...he wan me to monitor and control on internet ......

if just a simple few point control/monitoring, you can use dot net to develop, or you make a XML or HTML convertor
