The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercises. We refer to the announcements made by RHB Investment Bank Berhad ("RHBIB"), on behalf of the Board of Directors of Solid ("Board"), on 30 July 2015, 18 September 2015, 23 September 2015, 9 November 2015 and 11 November 2015. On behalf of the Board, RHBIB wishes to announce that as at the close of acceptance, excess application and payment for the Rights Issue of Warrants as at 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 9 December 2015, the total acceptances and excess applications for the Rights Issue of Warrants were 109,253,636 Warrants, which represents an over-subscription of 32.43% over the total number of 82,500,000 Warrants available for subscription under the Rights Issue of Warrants. The Board has applied the following basis and priority in allocating the Excess Warrants, in accordance with the Abridged Prospectus dated 24 November 2015:- (i) Firstly, to minimise the incidence of odd lots; (ii) Secondly, for allocation to Entitled Shareholders who have applied for the Excess Warrants, on a pro-rata basis and in board lot, calculated based on their respective shareholdings in the Company as at the Entitlement Date; (iii) Thirdly, for allocation to Entitled Shareholders who have applied for the Excess Warrants, on a pro-rata basis and in board lot, calculated based on the quantum of their respective Excess Warrants applied for; and (iv) Finally, for allocation to renouncees and/ or transferees who have applied for the Excess Warrants, on a pro-rata basis and in board lot, calculated based on the quantum of their respective Excess Warrants applied for. 岩石汽车次季净利跌13%

（吉隆坡29日讯）营业额滑落，加上开销走高，拖累岩石汽车（SOLID，5242，主板贸服股）截至10月31日次季，净利跌13%至272万2000令吉。

同期营业额滑落8.7%，报3322万2000令吉。

累计上半年，净利挫22%至418万令吉；营业额萎缩9.3%，报6154万8000令吉。

根据文告，公司旗下的汽车电子零件，共贡献79%的营业额，而汽车引擎机械零件及其他，则占21%。

当季税前盈利下挫，主要归咎于营业额减少及营运开销走高，惟部分已被较高的外汇收益所抵消。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡31日訊）岩石汽車（SOLID，5242，主要板貿服）向馬證交所報備，截至1月底2016財年第3季淨利按年下滑41%至133萬令吉；營業額跌12%至3021萬令吉。

岩石汽車首9個月淨利縮減28%至551萬令吉；營業額滑落10%至9175萬令吉。

根據報備文件，淨利下挫，主要因為整體經商環境疲弱，衝擊國內和出口市場賺幅所致。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡28日讯）外汇收益减少和较高的存货减值，拖累岩石汽车（SOLID，5242，主板贸服股）截至7月31日首季净利按年下跌20.84%。

公司首季净赚115万5000令吉或每股净利0.7仙，低于上财年同季的145万9000令吉或0.92仙。

不过，营业额却从2832万6000令吉，按年增长4.6%，至2962万8000令吉，主要贡献来自汽车电气零件，以及引擎机械零件。

岩石汽车指，国内外经济不稳定，带来多项挑战，集团将继续关注在国内及出口市场的营销策略，以推广自家品牌及扩展产品范围。

（吉隆坡28日讯）岩石汽车（SOLID，5242，主板贸服股）截至10月杪次季，净利跌49.82%至136万6000令吉，或每股净利0.82仙；但仍建议派息每股0.30仙。

上财年同季取得272万2000令吉净利，或每股净利1.65仙。

营业额微跌2%

该公司今天向马交所报备，同期营业额按年微跌2.06%，从上财年同期的3322万2000令吉，萎缩至3253万9000令吉。

合计首半年，净利同样按年跌39.69%至252万1000令吉；营业额则微扬1.01%，报6216万7000令吉。

汽车电子零件，共贡献77%的营业额，而汽车引擎机械零件及其他则占23%。

当季税前盈利下挫，主要归咎于外汇收益走低和较高的库存。

岩石汽车379万买仓库

2017年5月10日
（吉隆坡9日讯）岩石汽车（SOLID，5242，主板贸服股）宣布，子公司Auto Empire Impex私人有限公司（简称AEI），以123万新元（约379万令吉）买下目前所租赁的仓库。

岩石汽车向交易所报备，AEI是在上周五（5日）与卖家柯文奇（译音），也就是公司三名董事的手足签约。

AEI是一家新加坡公司，主要业务是贸易及经销汽车引擎和机械零件。

该仓库位于新加坡海军部街，占地521平方米，租赁期60年，将在2059年10月8日到期。

岩石汽车表示，目前该仓库是由AEI租用，作为仓库和办公楼用途，每月租金为6700新元（约2万687令吉），而收购可让公司减轻营运成本。

如无意外，此交易预计可在4个月内完成。【e南洋】
