投诉Streamyx终于有回应了~

Last time I complain about Streamyx at (http://aduan.skmm.gov.my) and
few days ago TM customer service called me ask the speed. Then today a
guy called me and he told me he outside checking port and wanna check
modem. So just now lunch time I back home lorr.
He did bring a new modem and he told me all the equipment
outside the Streamyx box are replaced to new set. Also he changed my line from old land to the new land. The guy look like not Streamyx technician... Because Streamyx technician won't know so manything. (This is damn true.)
You know why? Because since I have Streamyx until now, I've made uncountable complains to TM and only 2 TIMES their technician ever been to my house and drive the Streamyx van. Both also just know says: "U punye modem rosak.", "U punye cable ada masalah", "U tak boleh pakai router..."!?!?!? Then what for router are on the market huh? This guy diffrent. He wear formal eh not Streamyx T-shirt o. All networking things he know well oo~
Anyhow, I thought the modem need to be charge. Everything FREE.
If he charge I can complain 1 time again haha~ I test speed on the spot really ok oh. Need test after works.
So my
conclusion is If there is anything you need complain to the Government's Telecommunication website. Not only Streamyx, all Broadband and Telecommunication network problem also can.
