Top Glove从21/09/2007开始回购股票，到今天不到两个月就花费了RM14.2million, 回购了2,230,600股。
RM14.2million是很大的数目哦，等于Top Glove的半间厂的价值了。。。用这些钱去回购股票，真的是明智的行为吗？？？？

Top Glove Corporation Bhd will invest up to RM80 million to set up two new glove manufacturing factories by December to increase its annual production capacity by some 5.8 billion pieces.
Its chairman Datuk Seri Lim Wee Chai said the factories, each costing between RM30 million and RM40 million, would be installed with 32 production lines each. The production capacity is estimated to be 7.5 million pieces per line per month.
"Our sales and net profit target this year is 30% to 40% growth from last year (FY06). In order to achieve this growth, we have to increase our capacity and market share.
"We plan to start construction on the new factories in February, and complete them by December this year.
"We will install the lines progressively. Manufacturing will begin late December or early 2008," he told reporters after the company's AGM and EGM in Kuala Lumpur on Jan 10.

一些公司的做法，是將它列 為庫存股 ，如YTL，日後注銷，或當成股息 派發給股東。如果DR LIM 肯這麼做，我支持！

我的感想：
1. Top Glove真的很在乎自己股票的市价。
2.2. Top Glove没有别个更好使用资金的方法了吗？RM13.8million可以开间新厂了吧。如果Top Glove的股价最终还是不起，这RM13.8million不是白费了？或者Top Glove认为现在股价RM6.50，太便宜了，所以一直买进。回想Top Glove于2月时发出的private placement, 价钱是RM8.80, 现在她在公开市场以RM6.50的价钱买回来，回报率不就是26％！(RM2.30/RM8.80)

我觉得topglv不像是要赚价差，
而是在累计库存，然后库存股回退
中国那里的厂房已经宣布放慢成长脚步了，
所以我觉得现在如果是再建厂的话，
不符合经济效益，
我始终觉得，topglov在这时候专心扶持股价是正确的，
1.可以稳定市场
2.为可以分发库存股做了准备，
公司没有成长不重要，
重要的是，公司知道自己的成长有限了，
短时间内没有机会再快速扩张了，
那与其把钱放在银行，
倒不如股票回购，继续为股东创造财富，
这可以看作topglov关心股东的另一证明，
公司可以放慢成长，
但是却要尽量的维持股东的成长，
而且是高成长，不知道会不会太一厢情愿
至少我是这么看的，
所以那13.8million绝对不会白费，
因为它的实质作用是收买，
但买的不只是股票，还有股东的心，
让股东更有可能与公司一起共患难，
投资要找的，难道不就是这样的公司？
天啊，谁要来救我，
我好像想的太美了
完全沉醉于自己的幻想当中

Vietnam Seeks to Expand Rubber Output to Meet Chinese Demand

Oct. 31 (Bloomberg) -- Vietnam, which relies on rubber as its second-largest agricultural export earner, is investing in neighboring Laos and Cambodia to increase rubber supplies for Chinese demand.

``China is our biggest market, taking 66 percent of our production in 2006,'' Tran Thi Thuy Hoa, the secretary general of the Vietnam Rubber Association said at a conference in Singapore. ``Vietnam wants to have 1 million hectares of rubber plantations by 2015, and 100,000 hectares in Laos and another 100,000 hectares in Cambodia by then.''

An area of 1 million hectares would represent a doubling of the current planted area in Vietnam, she added. Vietnamese companies also aim to plant 8,800 hectares of rubber plants in Laos this year, after 9,040 hectares last year, she said. She didn't provide a number for Cambodia.

Natural rubber, mostly used in the automotive industry, is produced almost exclusively in Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia. Vietnam, where rice is its biggest agricultural export earner, aims to produce 1.5 million tons of natural rubber by 2020, almost triple last year's output, Tran said. It may produce 600,000 tons this year, she added.

China, the world's most populous nation, has increased its share of world tire demand in line with economic expansion. Its share of light vehicle tire sales tripled to 3 percent in 2006 from 1 percent in 2000, said John McClure, a research economist of LMC International in London, which studies supply and demand of commodities.

The country's share of medium- and heavy- commercial vehicle tire demand rose to 16 percent in 2006 from 9 percent in 2000, he said.

不会那么笨吧，不要忘记tpglove还欠很多钱。
现在管理层的做法是借钱买股票，是非常要不得的。股价一跌再跌公司就会欠更多钱，利息更高。

补充一下。于31/08/2007, Top Glove的短期债务有RM64793K,而长期债务有RM127334K，另外Top Glove有RM164397K的现金。

今年最低价好像是RM5.70（8月份调整的记录）
如果公司没有一直回购，从公布减少产量那天开始，今天的股价一定会再创新低。

我们可以去鸟Top Glove。很多方法的，例如可以向Securities Commission投诉。。。
