开贴的原因

我时常都听老一辈的前辈说，"某某股股息很高，很值得买"。当中最有代表性的就
是 BJTOTO 和 PBBANK。他们买入前，从来都不计较股价，也不去算她的回酬率，他
们计较的是每年有没有几百块的股息。这一种观念我不赞同。从我的功课看来，以
现在的股价，BJTOTO 和 PBBANK 绝对不是最好的选择 。。。。

BJTOTO 采取 派发 75% 盈利为股息，也代表她没多余的钱去发展。。。所以他的股
息应该不会增加，也不会减少 。。。重点就在于买入的价钱 。。。

当然，买股息股也是在投资股票。只不过，选股时重点放在股息上。再来就是公司的
业绩，管理层的可靠性，等等。。。。。

一年的数据不能代表什么，我会入入续续加入其他年份的数据 。。。
(最近比较忙，没太多的时间)

除了股息股，将来我还会开贴研究 反向股，篮筹股，和快速成长股 。。。

我觉得一个好的投资组合应该包函这四种股类 。。。。这只是我个人的意见 。。。

请大大帮忙，有５k想要买一个有最高的股息的股。用来earn股息好过放银行的股，mean ５０００ x ３。７％ ＝ rm１８５ 。 要多过RM１８５ 一年的股息， 有吗？ 新手。。。。

买大众银行（1295）。。。肯定比FD高。。。扣税后大概有6-7％左右。。。

根据 2006 年报，

Special dividends (sen) 7.3
Interim dividends (sen) 14.4
Final dividends (sen) 21.9

Total = 7.3 + 14.4 + 21.9 (税后)
          = 43。6 sen

Price now = RM 10.10

DY = 43。6 /1010
      = 4。32%

我等股价跌时才考虑 !!!

chengyk 兄，好像不是这样算的。。因为2771是RM0.50的股（不是RM1.00的股），所以10仙的股息要除于2，就是说你有每一股的股票，你可得到5仙的股息，然后才扣27％的 tax。。。

Dividend = 37% = 37/2 = 18.5 sen
After tax 27% = 18.5 * 0.73 = 13.505
现在的股价 = 5200

DY = 135.05 /5200
      = 2.60 %

对吗?? 其实我没去 Check par value，我把她当成 RM 1 的股。所以算错了。 drexler82
