什么是 Mise en Scene?

搜寻Google后有很多说法，从有说法到没说法。。昏！
从明白到好像明白，到最后什么都不明白，希望大家来开窍下。。

The mise-en-scene a French term which means "what is put into scene", refers to all those properties of a cinematic image that exist independently of camera position, camera movement and editing.

Elements of Mise-en-scene
1) settings / sets
   = refers to the location or the construction of a location
     where a scene is filmed. In some movies, you will learn
     immediately how important the settings and sets are.
     Eg: The Lord of the ring - Newszealand
   = all these will help to explain why the setting and the way
     it is constructed are important.

2) acting styles
   i)  actor= is the individual who plays the part of a character
              in the movie.
   ii) acting styles= refers to how an actor plays a part.
   = when looking thoughtfully, acting style can be a challenging
     topic to address a wy of focusing an analysis of a specific
     movie.

3) customes= refers to clothes that characters wear. It can be
              very along the spectrum from realistic dress to
              extravagant costumers which often provide a writer
              with a key to a character's identity.

4) Lighting= it is use to described the various ways a character
             or an object or a scene can be seen, either by
             means of natural sunlight or artificial sources.
             (such as lamps)
          = it allows filmmakers to direct a viewer's attention
            in a certain way or to create a certain atmosphere.
            Eg: such differences can be seen by comparing the
            bright lighting of an outdoor scene in a love story
            and the shadowy darkness used in the alley-way of
            ghost movies.

5) space= the use of space refers to the arragement of space,
          actors and objects. It relates to the overall space
          which is constructed in front of the camera. It can
          generate exciting topics and commentary on film.

真的谢谢你，现在有点明白了。。
还有一点是我从google看回来的，就是一些镜头是连续拍摄不需经过Edit的也是不是Mise en Scene?
就如场景经过摆设以及镜头移动已经设计好了，当导演喊Camera摄影师就连续的拍摄，使用Freehand?
也不需经过剪接以达致一些感觉出来？

"Mise en Scene"中文一般译作"场面调度".

从《认识电影》抄出一小段；

简单的说，"场面调度"包括4个不同的形式元素：
1）动作的安排
2）布景与道具
3）构图方式
4）景框中事物被拍摄的方式
