并不是在新加坡读书的华文就一定不好。。。
无知的新加坡人说我是叛国贼，不在本地读书跑到新加坡读。。。
但我的华文程度也不会烂到给新加坡人看不起。。。
我想，等我读完UOL后，我已经没有这个精力去读food science了咯。。。
哈哈。。。

Sodium Hydroxymethlyglycinate 也是值得争议下，是源自Glycine(甘氨酸,是20个氨基酸中最简单的一个)，蛋白质的一种。Paraben及Sodium Laurel Sulphate呢，是源自Benzoic Acid (苯甲酸)。Sodium Hydroxymethlyglycinate Paraben及Sodium Laurel Sulphate都是源自天然物质，经过化学效应改变而成。那为什么我们说Paraben及Sodium Laurel Sulphate是人工合成，但Sodium Hydroxymethlyglycinate不是呢？这是根本不正确的！把Glycine变成Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate是需要经过艰难和综合性的化学效应改变而成。看图：

就看它的MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheet)
TREAT AS POTENTIAL HARMFUL
所以，Sodium Hydroxymethlyglycinate也不是什么天然防腐剂，天然防腐剂有grapeseed extract, essential oil和vitamin。

超级便秘的话可以试试好几种方法
1）纤维。anyway，这里不用多讲，每个人都知道。不过一定要大量的水分，因为纤维吸水膨胀，增加大便分量
2）轻泻物质laxatives如芦荟，castor oil
3) 滑肠如冷压椰子油或芝麻油（饭后） <-- 超有效
4）probiotic或是prebiotic

长期便秘的话，不妨考虑做断食。有些人可能会提议灌肠，不过我的立场是认为灌肠可能会使大肠松弛而导致便秘问题更严重

当然你的皮肤问题大多来自便秘而引起的

故我所知，我听我朋友说她有便秘的，我发现两边 ...

grapeseed extract是以高抗氧化剂为卖点，对心脏，血管，老化，眼睛等问题有帮助。不过便秘就应该不大可能帮到啦。

现在的天气和污染，upgrade到3公升啦

基本上一个正常的健康人应该是吃多少餐，大多少次便的，1天2次对每天3餐来说已经是略嫌不足

"GSE is no more natural than parabens. Chemical manufacturers take the left over grapefruit pulp, a waste by product from grapefruit juice production, and in an intensive multi-step inductrial chemical process, change the natural phonolic compounds into synthetic quarternary ammonium compounds.

Synthetic ammonium chloride is one of the chemical catalysts used in the process.
So all GSE is a chemically altered form of grapefruit seed."

     Grapefruit seed extract (GSE) is promoted as a natural product that has reported antibacterial and antiviral properties. It is reported by the manufacturer to be safe and effective to use internally and externally for a wide variety of conditions such as acne, allergies, athlete’s foot, body odor, candida, colds, cold sores, gastrointestinal infections, gingivitis, impetigo, parasitic infection, sinusitis, sore throat, and thrush (1, 2). It is sold in health food stores and is widely available on the Internet.

     There is recent evidence that some commercial GSE is adulterated with synthetic preservatives and that these additives are solely responsible for the antimicrobial activity of these products. Sakamoto et al. (3) found the preservative agents methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (methyl paraben) and 2,4,4&cent;-trichloro-2&cent;-hydroxydiphenyl ether (triclosan) in commercially available GSE but not in ethanol extracts of grapefruit seeds. The identities of the preservatives were confirmed by comparing their high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) retention times and absorption spectra with those of authentic standards, whereas triclosan was additionally confirmed by liquid chromatographymass spectrometry (LC-MS) using negative ion electrospray ionization. The presence of methyl paraben and triclosan was later confirmed by von Woedtke and co-workers (4), who also identified benzethonium chloride (Figure 1) in these products. Using thin-layer chromatography (TLC) as their analytical method these researchers reported that five of the six commercial GSE contained between 1.25 and 10% benzethonium chloride, whereas levels of 0.0125 and 0.025% triclosan were present in three samples. Methyl paraben was detected in three GSE samples, although no concentrations were reported. Five of thecommercial GSE samples that contained one to three preservative substances showed high growth inhibition against Bacillus subtilis SBUG 14, Micrococcus flavus SBUG 16, Staphylococcus aureus SBUG 11, Serratia marcescens SBUG 9, Escherichia coli SBUG 17, Proteus mirabilis SBUG 47, and Candida maltosa SBUG 700. Dose-response curves of the three preservative agents on the seven microbes tested revealed that benzethonium chloride was responsible for most of the antimicrobial activity observed. Only one of the six commercial GSE samples was preservative-free, and this sample did not exhibit any antimicrobial activity. The authors made their own GSE samples by hot and cold extraction of grapefruit seeds and juiceless pulp using glycerol, water, and ethanol as well as mixtures of these solvents. These samples also did not have any antimicrobial activity. It was concluded that the potent antimicrobial activity attributed to GSE is due to the synthetic preservative agents, with benzethonium chloride being responsible for the majority of activity. One of the manufacturers later claimed that their product does not contain benzethoniumchloride and that the error was due to the similarity in molecular weight of the quaternary ammonium compound (said to be formed in the proprietary manufacturing process) with that of benzethonium chloride. However, the presence of 8% benzethonium chloride in commercial GSE was conclusively demonstrated by the use of HPLC, one- and two-dimensional NMR (5), proton-induced X-ray emission (PIXE) analysis, and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (6). In a case reported to the Swedish Medical Products Agency (MPA) two patients prescribed to warfarin experienced adverse effects upon self-medication, using a commercially available GSE product (7).

     The composition of GSE is not revealed by those manufactures. Whilst, most of the recent literatures revealed that this commercial GSE product contained harmful substances, therefore, I personally believe that this is a truth that should aware the consumers.

她的phD thesis都可以拿来publish14张journals。而且她的phD thesis是当年荣获Australia Victoria University 最佳thesis。

人家已经结婚了，刚刚生了孩子。况且我不喜欢"老女人"。嘻嘻，别打我！

那么我一天一次应该算轻微便秘了。。。
但是喝花茶好像也有帮助排泄吧？

不是乱，是太过technical了，不好意思，看最后一段就行了。

这又不是我的贴，而且她又没有叫我帮她回答全部的问题。 我不要跟她抢饭碗啦，只是读书读到很stress来cari看看，学学东西而已。

做肥皂很多东西要读咯，Cost又高。唉。
