（新山23日訊）大馬業務高銷售量推動，威城（VS，6963，主要板工業）本財年截至4月底第3季營業額按年增12%至4億2010萬令吉，淨利漲5倍至2652萬令吉，公司宣布每股派發6仙股息。

威城今日發布最新業績，公司本財年首9個月營業額按年起21%至14億3004萬令吉，淨利漲3倍至8004萬令吉，首3個季度共派發12仙股息。

威城董事經理顏森炎通過文告說：“全球經濟充滿挑戰，威城第3季業績能獲得如此表現十分值得讚賞，其主要來自幾個主要客戶的增長所推動。在大馬業務業務方面，訂單持續獲得提高，公司也從銷售組合中獲益。”

威城本地業務推動盈利

（吉隆坡24日訊）威城（VS，6963，主板工業產品組）2015財政年首9個月盈利勝預期，分析員相信在本地業務支撐下，今明兩個財政年表現可能更強。

興業研究表示，威城2015財政年首9個月盈利達7千600萬令吉，相等於全年目標的93.1%，表現勝預期，主要歸功於良好的銷售組合和淨外匯盈餘。

展望未來，該證券行相信本地業務將繼續成為盈利推手，而持續蒙虧的香港子公司——威城國際可能需要時間來達到收支平衡。

“整體來看，基於業績超標，我們上調威城2015和2016財政年盈利表現10.4%至16.3%，但維持其“中和”評級不變，目標價則為4令吉70仙。”

（吉隆坡14日訊）威城（VS，6963，主要板工業）建議把每股面值1令吉股票，分拆成5股面值20仙股票，拆細后股票數額達11億4929萬7530股，股本維持在2億2985萬9506令吉。

該公司向馬證交所報備，股票拆細有助加強威城股票交易流動性，同時可調整股價，讓更多投資者能負擔公司股票，以及參與公司未來成長表現。

高銷售‧外匯賺益‧威城末季淨利增44%

（吉隆坡29日訊）大馬業務高銷售及更佳銷售組合貢獻，加上外匯賺益，威城（VS，6963，主板工業產品組）截至2015年7月31止第四季淨利按年增漲44.40%至5千270萬2千令吉，帶動全年淨利大漲147.49%至1億3千273萬8千令吉。

第四季營業額下滑5.17%至5億零684萬3千令吉，令全年營業額增加12.93%至19億3千688萬5千令吉。

派息2.4仙
同時也宣佈末季每股派息2.4仙。

由於美元走高，讓該公司取得2千444萬2千令吉的外匯賺益，比較前期賺益為799萬3千令吉，對淨利貢獻不少。

大馬業務營業額雖走低，但更好的銷售組合讓稅前盈利提高；印尼和中國業務雖然依然虧損，但虧損已經降低。

展望來年，該公司董事部預見大馬營運環境維持強勁，在現有及新客戶支持下，加上美元走強帶動，對下財政年表現展望樂觀。（星洲日報／財經）

產品賺幅增 股息佳 威城具揚升空間

（吉隆坡27日訊）威城（VS，6963，主要板工業）2016財年淨利料按年增20%至1億5860萬令吉，主要由旗下賺幅豐厚產品提振，加上3.5%股息收益，股價仍有上升空間。

肯納格證券研究估計，該公司2016財年淨利按年增20%至1億5860萬令吉，主要考量包括營業額按年增14%，由新款咖啡機的豐厚賺幅以及其他成品產品類別彈性訂單貢獻。同時，在穩健的使用率下，稅務與攤銷前盈利（EBIT）賺幅料達9.3%。

此外，威城建議每4股送1憑單，共發行2億9080萬張憑單，假設全數憑單以每單位1.65令吉轉換成母股，預計最高可集得4億7980萬令吉供營運資本用途。

目前威城未有進行任何貨幣對沖活動，因管理層認為通過原料進行的自然對沖模式足以抵消風險，尤其在目前美元走勢強勁。據該公司在2014年財報的分析顯示，美元每波動10%將影響淨利8.8%。

首季净利扬71% 威城派息1.5仙送凭单

（吉隆坡15日讯）威城（VS，6963，主板工业产品股）在截至10月31日的首季中，净利年增70.8%，并宣布派发每股1.5仙股息和派送免费凭单。

该季净利从去年的3522万4000令吉或3.59仙，增加至6017万7000令吉或每股5.22仙。

营业额也按年增加12.5%，至6亿1246万5000令吉，比去年同季的5亿4455万8000令吉高。

董事经理拿督颜森炎指出，由于该季销售量增加，加上销售价格提高和汇率利好因素，让公司取得出色的业绩表现。

“国内市场共贡献了4亿3030万令吉予营业额，而中国和印尼市场分别贡献了1亿5020万令吉和3090万令吉。”

他也点出，公司在令吉兑美元汇率中获利，录得外汇收益1460万令吉。

另外，威城建议派发每股1.5仙的首次中期股息，于明年2月24日除权，同年3月11日派发。

威城也献议，以4送1比例，派送2亿9076万5213张免费凭单回馈股东。

新訂單和現有客戶帶動‧威城盈利展望正面

（吉隆坡16日訊）威城（VS，6963，主板工業產品組）首季業績符預期，分析員對該公司盈利動力看法正面，預期盈利繼續受新訂單和現有客戶驅動。

興業研究表示，威城首季獲核心盈利4千570萬令吉，達到該行和市場全年財測的28%預期；首季通常是較強勁一季，主要是8月至10月假期驅動，營業按年揚12.5%是受啤酒包裝和印刷電路板銷售按季各走高10%和50%烘託。威城每股派中期股息1.5仙。

“上述兩大產品平均售價穩定，尤其是主要客戶提昇其吸塵機生產而拉動印刷電路板需求。”

該行說，威城工廠目前仍有剩餘30至40%產能，可應新需求而提高生產。

“該公司會與新客戶磋商新訂單，若成功會為2016財政年帶來400萬至600萬令吉盈利。”

分析員說，其咖啡機模型機已獲客戶批准，預料2016財政年第四季開始生產。

該股價週二受到激勵，閉市起4仙至1令吉61仙。

興業維持“買進”評級，目標價1令吉81仙；盈利風險包括失去主客戶訂單、馬幣兌美元回揚、工廠出現狀況等。（星洲日報／財經小品‧作者：張啟華）
