On behalf of the Board, Aseambankers is pleased to announce that on 8January 2008, TICSB has purchased and been issued 4,036.55 million newordinary shares of Rp250 each in PT Fatrapolindo at an issue price ofRp345 each in cash pursuant to the rights issue of PT Fatrapolindo.

Based on the above, TICSB has become the major shareholder of PTFatrapolindo with 72.52% shareholding of the enlarged capital of PTFatrapolindo pursuant to the Proposed Subscription. Thus, PTFatrapolindo has become a subsidiary of Titan through TICSB. The rightsissue of PT Fatrapolindo will close on 25 January 2008 and subsequentannouncement shall be made on the eventual holdings of TICSB in PTFatrapolindo.

（吉隆坡9日讯）首要传媒（Media，4502，主板贸服股）在《亚洲货币》杂志的按年企业管理投选活动中，获选为大马最佳企业管理公司。

首要传媒在文告中指出，除了最佳企业管理公司奖外，该公司也被选为大马最佳透明度，以及最佳投资者关系管理的公司。

在上述的投选活动中，共有259家公司参与。

该项票选活动已进入了第五个年头，主要是探讨投资群众针对企业管理的看法，其中涵盖企业的透明度、实效及准确的公司披露资料，以及财报上的资讯等。
