（吉隆坡4日讯）GHL系统（GHLSYS，0021，主板科技股）宣布，终止与印尼雅加达PDS签署的了解备忘录。

根据文告，终止是因为备忘录的有效期限只有1年，目前已到期失效，惟不会对公司带来显著影响。

GHL系統（GHLSYS，0021，主要板科技）管理層有信心交易付款收購（簡稱TPA）將驅動2015財年業績，今年除了在國內推動銀行領域TPA外，還會在菲律賓推動非銀行領域TPA，新市場併購活動將會是公司潛在催化劑。

我們與GHL系統管理層會面后得知，該公司計劃今年內，與3個大馬和菲律賓潛在銀行合作夥伴，拓展TPA業務，並預測上半年能與國內銀行正式展開合作。

根據之前紀錄，GHL系統的TPA業務收入貢獻從2011財年的10%，漲至2014財年的69%，主要動力是GHL系統去年全面完成收購e-pay亞洲有限公司。

管理層預計，TPA業務能繼續成長，未來幾年收入貢獻了可超越90%。

GHL系統在大馬和菲律賓的TPA活動仍處于穩健軌道上，預計國內業務每月平均能招得500位客戶，符合目標300至500位。

GHL系統3年淨利料成長86%

（吉隆坡10日訊）大馬及東盟電子付款市場深具潛能，分析員認為GHL系統（GHLSYS,0021,主板科技組）將從中受惠，2014至17財政年的3年淨利複合成長率（CAGR）可達86%。

興業研究表示，在大馬政府的經濟轉型計劃（ETP）下，政府希望在2020年時，將目前90%使用現金交易方式下降至63%。國行展開推動“無鈔社會”的措施，設立更多的服務終端機（POS）及減低電子轉賬手續費，核心業務為POS的GHL系統可從中受惠。

該公司在大馬、菲律賓及泰國共有11萬個POS服務點，成為區域電子付款的主要業者。目前東盟大部份的地方交易以現金為主，相信該公司具備相當大的成長潛能。

興業研究表示，該公司的交易付款（TPA）業務將帶動盈利增長，目前透過TPA伙伴關係擴張大馬、泰國及菲律賓市場，預計TPA將貢獻該公司2015至2017財政年78%至85%的營收（目前佔72%）。

該行預期GHL系統在2015至17財年淨利為1千790萬令吉、3千380萬令吉和4千380萬令吉，相於2014至17財年的86%淨利複合成長率。

商家转用电子支付 GHL趁势拓市占

（吉隆坡14日讯）国家银行削减刷卡跨行交易费用，更多商家因此受惠，当中，分析员就认为GHL系统（GHLSYS，0021，主板科技股）可从中开拓更大市场。

联昌国际投行分析员近期与国家银行支付系统政策部门代表会面，后者重申削减金融机构间的跨行交易费的承诺，并且会设立机制，向小商家推广销售终端机（Point of sale）。

通过削减跨行交易费降低商务折扣率（MDR），可鼓励更多小商家使用扣账卡和信用卡。

分析员对此感到惊喜，认为这对GHL系统来说是利好，因这将鼓励更多商家为了节省费用，转向电子支付服务，而这有助GHL系统的交易支付收购（TPA）业务。

财测上修12%

他表示，这对GHL系统来说，是一个较大的潜在市场，肯定能刺激盈利。

分析员将该公司2016财年每月商户上调至1200家，之前的预测是750家；同时，GHL系统2016至2017财年盈利预测，也上调11至12%。

他上调GHL系统目标价至1.45令吉，建议投资者增持及累积，并指GHL系统是国内科技股中的首选。

GHL与联昌签TPA协议

（吉隆坡23日讯）GHL系统（GHLSYS，0021，主板科技股）宣布，与联昌国际（CIMB，1023，主板金融股）签署一项合作协议，为后者提供第3方付费服务（TPA）。

这也是该公司首次与大马银行签署第3方付费服务协议。

该公司发文告指出，GHL系统將代表联昌国际在第1年，寻找3000至4000家商家进行註册，这也允许这些商家接受来自各国国际卡的支出。

通过GHL系统取得的营业额是从终端租赁（terminalrental）和商家的优惠利率所得。

同时，GHL系统也为这些商家提供增值服务，即提供e-pay服务（移动电话加额和账单代收服务）。

这也是该公司独特的地方，这將作为大马唯一一家可以通过提供中小型商家无现金支付，以及通过e-pay產品和服务来赚取额外营业额。【东方网财经】

GHL偕Globe Telecom 菲推中小企手机支付系统

（吉隆坡22日讯）GHL系统（GHLSYS，0021，主板科技股）宣布，与菲律宾电信运营商Globe Telecom合作，为当地中小企业提供创新的手机付费解决方案。

根据文告，GHL系统是通过子公司GHL系统菲律宾，与Globe Telecom的子公司G-Xchange（简称GXI）合作。

该公司将通过顶尖的销售终端系统（point-of-sales）服务Globe Charge，更广泛地接触当地中小企业市场。

在此合作下，两者将有能力进军更大的市场，进一步协助微型和中小企业，通过创新的手机支付系统，来完成信用卡付费，让微型和中小企业扩展业务。

GHL系统总执行长拉兹罗伦斯表示，这符合公司成为东盟中小企业界收单（acquiring）商家领导者的目标。

獲菲合約‧GHL財測保持

（吉隆坡23日訊）GHL系統（GHLSYS，0021，主板科技組）夥拍環球電訊（Globe Telecom），為菲律賓微型暨中小企業（MSMEs）提供手機電子付款服務Global Charge。

分析
聯昌研究指出，該公司這項服務主要瞄準菲律賓60%尚未開設銀行戶頭的人口。

商家可以透過連接智能手機或平板電腦的Global Charge手機刷卡器，接受預付卡、信用卡和扣賬卡付款，GHL系統則透過刷卡器的交易費抽成。

手機刷卡器的成本約50美元，遠低於普通刷卡器的150美元。

目前，環球電訊徵收的商家折扣率約為290基點，聯昌估計GHL系統可以從中賺取50至60基點。

聯昌表示，GHL系統早已透露菲律賓業務的消息，他們對於上述公佈不感意外。

聯昌指出，在大馬業務的帶動下，GHL系統2015財政年下半年表現值得期待，惟基於這些利好已經納進評估，他們無意調整該公司盈利預測。

聯昌給予GHL系統“加碼”評級，目標價1令吉45仙。

GHL系統（GHLSYS，0021，主要板科技）業績符合預測，考量到我國和菲律賓交易付款收購（TPA）業務，加上新市場併購活動為潛在重估催化劑，促使券商看好下半年業績表現，料2014至2016財年的每股盈利年複成長率將達到強勁的85%，維持“增持”評級。

該公司截至6月底2015上半財年的淨利607萬令吉符合預測，佔全年淨利預測的37%。

另外，該公司管理層透露，6月底已和聯昌銀行展開交易付款收購業務相關的洽談。

至于菲律賓Globe Telecom針對交易付款收購業務的安排，將在完成系統整合后，如期在9月份展開洽談。

管理層樂觀相信，菲律賓交易付款收購業務表現，因相對較低的市場競爭市場，將超越國內的運作。

大行唱好‧GHL系統一度揚4.46%

（吉隆坡28日訊）GHL系統（GHLSYS，0021，主板科技組）股價早前從6個月高點上回調25%，整體陷入超賣，因而獲證券行點名喊買，原因是風險回酬比顯得誘人。

受大行唱好刺激，GHL系統週一回揚，盤中最高漲4仙或4.46%至93.5仙，閉市時漲幅雖有收窄，全天仍漲2.5仙，以92仙閉市。

豐隆研究在報告中說，GHL系統是大馬電子交易趨勢下的潛在受惠公司之一，也是東盟電子交易成長的贏家，因其業務遍佈大馬、菲律賓和泰國。

豐隆表示，近期大跌後，GHL系統目前僅以賬面值的2.45倍交易，比區域同儕折價73%，這大大消除了潛在下跌空間，技術超賣亦是扶持所在。

據該行估計，GHL系統短期上升空間為18.4%，下跌空間卻只有6.1%，顯示回酬潛力明顯高於下跌空間。

Working experience and occupation	Mr Yap Chih Ming joined e-pay (M) Sdn Bhd in 1999 as Head of the Finance Department. He was made Director of Finance in 2006 and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of e-pay Asia Limited in July 2007. He is a Chartered Accountant with considerable experience in Merger and Acquisition and Joint Venture transactions both in Malaysia and offshore as well as in depth knowledge of South-East Asian accounting practices. He was previously Head of Accounts at Telemas Corporation Sdn. Bhd., a leading mobile phone distributor based in Malaysia. He was appointed as a Group CFO of GHL Systems Berhad ("GHL") on 2 July 2012. He was then appointed as Chief Operating Officer ("COO") of GHL on 1 June 2015.
