INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR LISTING ON THE ACE MARKET OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD (“BURSA SECURITIES”) COMPRISING: (I) PUBLIC ISSUE OF 108,025,800 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN OUR COMPANY (“SHARES”) IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: - 27,008,000 NEW SHARES AVAILABLE FOR APPLICATION BY THE MALAYSIAN PUBLIC; - 10,803,000 NEW SHARES AVAILABLE FOR APPLICATION BY OUR ELIGIBLE DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND PERSONS WHO HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE SUCCESS OF OUR GROUP; - 40,510,000 NEW SHARES BY WAY OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO BUMIPUTERA INVESTORS APPROVED BY THE MINISTRY OF INVESTMENT, TRADE AND INDUSTRY (“MITI”); AND - 29,704,800 NEW SHARES BY WAY OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO SELECTED INVESTORS; AND (II) OFFER FOR SALE OF 54,013,000 EXISTING SHARES IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: - 27,006,500 EXISTING SHARES BY WAY OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO BUMIPUTERA INVESTORS APPROVED BY MITI; AND - 27,006,500 EXISTING SHARES BY WAY OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO SELECTED INVESTORS, AT AN ISSUE/OFFER PRICE OF RM0.25 PER SHARE, PAYABLE IN FULL UPON APPLICATION.

Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the 27,008,000 Issue Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public have been oversubscribed.
  
A total of 8,562 applications for 496,663,700 Issue Shares with a value of RM124,165,925.00 were received from the Malaysian public, which represents an overall oversubscription rate of 17.39 times.

The notices of allotment will be posted to all successful applicants on 21 March 2025.
