（新山30日讯）柔佛建筑商海利集团（Haily Group Berhad）将在来临的7月21日于马证交所创业板挂牌上市，拟透过首发股筹资2040万令吉。



海利集团今日推介首发股招股书，以每股68仙发售价发行3000万股新股。

在这3000万股新股当中，892万股将开放给公众认购，1000万股保留给合格董事、职员和对公司做出贡献的人士，其余的1108万股则私下配售给特定投资者。

与此同时，海利集团创办人兼执行董事薛廷海和妻子郭㛢利，将联同海利控股私人有限公司另外私下配售1800万股给特定投资者；私下配售将筹集1224万令吉。

海利集团计划从首发股筹集2040万令吉，并将其中的420万令吉（20.59%）充作资本开支，600万令吉（29.41%）充作营运资本，700万令吉（34.31%）偿还银行贷款以及剩下的320万令吉（15.69%）用于支付上市开销。

薛廷海今日在线上首发股记者会上指出，寻求上市是公司的一个重要里程碑，除了提升海利集团的地位，更巩固了集团在建筑服务领域的声誉，进而扩大国内客户群。

海利集团总执行长兼执行董事熊伟业指出，目前该集团握有18个建筑承包工程项目和2个土木工程相关项目，预计在2023年期间完工。

“我们目前所持有的合约总值达4亿6004万令吉，当中的未进账工程合约则达2亿4958万令吉。”

熊伟业指出，海利集团正在竞标多个工程项目，但清一色都是住宅和商业有房产工程。

“我们未来5年内的项目发展重心很明确，主要就是柔佛地区的工程项目。”

同时，海利集团也透露，从2018财年至2020财年期间的税后盈利赚幅，介于4.88%至6.29%。

询及眼下是否上市的好时机，熊伟业指出，集团早在几年前已有上市计划。如今虽被疫情耽搁，但集团认为如今是提前做好准备，迎接经济复苏的良机。

“虽然正逢疫情期间，竞标活动仍很踊跃。因此只要疫苗接种加速进行，我们相信柔佛的工程项目前景仍很好。”

海利集团首发股计划顾问、赞助者、承包商和配售代理，达证券企业金融总监古文方也指出，我国经济和资本市场在2020年经历了动荡的一年，但以大马强稳的经济基本条件来说，不管前方有多大挑战，大马证交所都能乘风破浪，在长期取得增长。

在上市后，海利集团有意将每年利润的30%作为股息回馈股东，但该承诺暂时不受到法律约束。

在截至2017年12月31日财年、2018年财年、2019年财年及2020年财年，该集团派发的股息分别为1001万令吉、525万令吉、600万令吉及250万令吉。

（吉隆坡16日讯）将在本月21日上市马股创业板的建筑承包商海利集团（Haily Group），2021财年首季净赚279万7000令吉，等同每股1.89仙。

该集团周五向交易所报备，首季营业额报4329万5000令吉；由于是首次在马交所公布业绩，因此没有可比较的上财年数据。

文告解释，首季营收贡献主力是住宅和非住宅产业建筑贡献，占营收的99.8%或4321万令吉，其余则来自土木工程建筑业务。

“鉴于疫情带来的变数，集团仍谨慎乐观看待建筑业前景，预计本财年底会出现复苏。”

同时，该集团估计本财年财务表现将保持良好。

根据另一份报备文件，该集团今日公布了本财年首个中期股息，派息每股1.68仙，除权和派发日待上市后才决定。
