什麼是國債

老馬說國債近一兆。這個國債到底是什麼？
是國家欠的錢？
還是國家和人民欠的錢？

有人說國債是國家欠的錢，國債一兆問題很嚴重，全要納稅人還的錢，等於每個國民自動背負 30000 欠款。
又有人說國債是包括馬來西亞人的房貸車貸卡債，這些個人與公司貸款是不用納稅人的錢來給的。

請教一下，哪個說法正確？

马来西亚国债是以马来西亚国家名义下发出的债卷（MGS）及国家财政部（MOF）担保的官联公司债卷。（价值+利息）。
国债不包括个人贷款，公司贷款及公司债卷。

国债要由国家来还（赎回债卷及付利息）。国家收入来自国家活动得益及税收。税收来自人民，所以也可以说由人民来买单。
如果国家还不了债卷（违约），国家信贷评级将会降低。债卷，股票及货币价值就会大掉，变得不值钱。
若违约太严重，国家就得宣布破产。

Looking at the debt is just half of the story.

In Singapore:

The public debt is essentially the Singapore Government Securities that the Govt issues to create a liquid bond market. tHE retirement funds, through the Central Provident Fund (CPF), are essentially all parked in here. This means that the “debt” is not really borrowing, but just an investment vehicle.

Example: you make $100k a year. Over the last few years give your dad $120k to put in your retirement fund, managed by him. These happen:

You give him $120k.
He issues you an IOU for $120k.
He invests the $120k in other assets.

The Debts Ratio = 120k/100k = 120% but this does not mean your dad has 120% debts.

The debts were used to bailout / channel out to someone = this is totally different scenario.
This is why LGE keep asking the fxxking Arul where the "unit trust fund"?

国家破产后, 国家就必须服从债主的条例约束, 直到你还完钱为止

到时肯定征非常高的tax, 公务员的薪水也会收到债主的约束, 总之一连串的措施来约束国民
