ayer keroh toll customer service operation hours

请问有人知道ayer keroh的toll customer service 的operation hours吗？ 据我所知customer service是only office hours是吗？
我试过打电过去1800880000/03-27148888，他们说是每天都开到10pm。。。问题是我之前记得他们是根据office hours开的。所以想知道正确答案。
怕白跑一趟，浪费时间金钱及塞车。
我有长card是全新的，是很少用里面的钱却是很多，expired到2024，查查看尽然在一年前就non-activate了，所以要去activate那张卡。

联络了，但是答案是货不对版的。不知道那个是对的。
要不然只能等有时间再去试一试。
