ICA Student pass 还是 MOM Dependant Pass?

各位前辈大家好
几个月过后我会带孩子 (一岁半的小baby) 来新加坡, 上childcare.
请问要申请哪种pass比较好?
ICA Student pass or MOM Dependant Pass?
还是两种pass都要?

ICA Student Pass
"A foreigner, except for holder of Dependant’s Pass/Immigration Exemption Order holder, is required to apply for a Student’s Pass if he/she wishes to pursue full-time studies in Singapore in a kindergaerten/childcare centre registered with MSF"

MOM Dependent Pass，这个跟父母，换学校也没问题

student pass需要通过学校申请，比较麻烦
而且学校会优先把空位给那些不需要申请student pass的先
没有满才会帮你申请
