Inside Sales Support Executive:

Role:
Meet sales targets and generate profitable revenue by working with existing
customer base and establishing new customer base.
Support field sales manager.
Able to learn new concepts and technologies.

Responsibilities:
Handle Business Sales Hotline inbound calls & outbound calls.
Follow up on customer email enquiry.
Work closely with prospects to identify their business needs.
Qualify the prospect for up-sell or cross-sell.
Developing leads through cold-calling, qualifying prospects for field sales manager.
Manage customer relationships to increase satisfaction of existing customer.

Job Requirements:
1-2 years experience in Telemarketing or inside sales preferably with the IT Sector
Good spoken ability
Service oriented, Meticulous and organized
Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology
A good understanding of Cloud Computing concepts would be advantageous

Singaporean, PR, Malaysian preferable

SGD 1800 - above
Based on experience& qualification

有performance bonus
