少年帶高仿玩具槍去Bugis MRT
A 21-year-old man is under investigation for causing public alarm at Bugis MRT after he allegedly brought a toy gun into the station.
According to a statement from the police, they were informed of an unidentified male seen at the MRT station carrying an object which resembled a rifle at 1.10pm on 15 March.
The police said “extensive resources” were mobilised to identify the subject, who was subsequently arrested at his home in Toa Payoh on the same day.
The police said they took a serious view of actions “which may cause public alarm”.
