Position: Site/Project Engineer (Location: Penang)

Responsibilities

-         Attend site meeting & prepare progressreport when required.

-         To liaise effectively with clients, and theirrepresentatives (architects, engineers, government authorities and surveyors)to achieve project objective.

-         Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy ofcalculations.

-         Monitor and follow-up on the progress of work.To execute work assigned according to schedule through proper planning.

-         Day-to-day management of the site,including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of anysubcontractors.

Requirements

-         Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering orrelated field.

-         Fresh graduates & candidates with1-2 years experience in related field are encouraged to apply.

-         Preferably Chinese.

-         Able to travel.

-         Required language(s): English, Chinese& Bahasa Malaysia.

-         Possess own transport.

Position: Contract Executive (Location: Penang)

Responsibilities

-         Assist to prepare tender documents and contractdocuments, assist in procurement administration and contract administration.

-         Conducting feasibility studies to estimatematerials, time and labour costs

-         Collatinginformation for assessment of variation/contractual claims

-         Valuing completed work and arranging forpayments.

-         Preparing and analyzing costings fortenders.

Requirements

-         Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveyor orrelated field.

-         Fresh graduates & candidates with1-2 years experience in related field are encouraged to apply.

-         Preferably Female.

-         Able to travel.

-         Required language(s): English, Chinese& Bahasa Malaysia.

-         Possess own transport.
