According to a press release from Artiste Management Division (AMD), the newly-weds will hold their wedding celebrations in 2015.
It’s official – Joanne Peh and Qi Yuwu, after dating for more than a year, are now married.
The couple tied the knot in a hush-hush affair, at Sentosa, according to photos on celebrity hairstylist David Gan’s Instagram account, which showed them sealing the deal in front of the Merlion statue today.
Insider sources have confirmed that the couple got hitched today.
Another photo uploaded by David this afternoon showed the back view of Joanne’s bridal veil and he wrote: “Another one of my daughters is now married.”
Joanne and Yuwu’s relationship has been in the limelight since they went public last year.
In an interview with Joanne in April this year, the actress said that their relationship is still very much in the “honeymoon phase” and that they aren’t ready to take things to the next level.
Back then she said, “Actually when two people are together, they will inevitably think about starting a family. It’s definitely under consideration, but we don’t have any concrete plans for now.”
Despite that, they have been very open about their feelings for each other with Joanne even calling her beau “the most important person” in her life.
The pair, who have been friends and colleagues for more than 10 years, collaborated on several dramas with the latest being
