What's wrong with my laptop WiFi list?! HELP!!

Anybody knows what's wrong with my lappie?! how come my house's wifi is not in my Wi-Fi list but the others neighbour's wifi are all in the list ! no matter how i restarted my lappie or modem..it is still the same ! the modem is alright.. my laptop's wireless is fine too. it is connected wv my hp's hotspot. just don't know how come my house's wifi name is totally disappeared in the list recently... WHAT'S WRONG?!!?!

下载后， 安装，打开，拿来检查 wifi 是否有存在。

有些modem/router跟某些laptop/desktop不相容。。但无人知道为什么会这样
