昨天有人給我一個建議,就是去報警。
舊的租約在30/4/2013年就過期了,新的租約則由1/5/2013 - 30/4/2014 (但是新的合約沒有簽到名字)
到目前為止,從新合約日子起跳,他一直住了半年的『霸王屋』一分錢都沒有給。

我現在都confuse了。一定要找律師settle嗎?因為涉及拖欠款項2K左右而已。 |
