我的股票Portfolio 2012.10.12
今年买股票的人,其实几乎都赚钱。上几个月让我意外的是PowerRoot,由RM0.55-0.56.今年跑出上到RM1.00,接下来是HuaYang,因为今年业绩和profit margin突然爆涨,在股价还没有reflect出来时候我已经买入。如果和我一样在RM1.50左右买入,现在相信已经有可观收入。

最近让我赚的是Perisai这个我希望短期投机的股票。由RM0.90买,跌下RM0.85时候加马。现在已经突破RM1.00最高目前RM1.09.自己的目标价格是RM1.20-1.40


最近调整了自己的Portfolio,将OSK卖了一半,MediaC赚了点出完。

因为大选快到了,即使最迟也是明年的3月,还有5个月了。所以目前的portfolio选择出清很多index related的股票,选择那些投机类型的股票。通常不大选hold超过3个月的。

我选择了2个:Glomac, Pesona.

Glomac买入原因简单,p/e低,而且Director 最近大手买入convert warrant,即可能派高股息??

Pesona前身是Mithril.这个恶名远传的公司卖了给人借壳上市。
Pesona 的资料不多。全名PESONA METRO HOLDINGS BERHAD
Google了一下公司网站http://www.pesona.com.my/

最近好像有政府project,以目前这几天的Volume来看,应该还会再炒一轮,上RM0.30
Pesona Metro aims to bag PR1MA jobs
Infrastructure construction company Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd is aiming for jobs under the government’s 1Malaysia People’s Housing Scheme or PR1MA, its director Wie Hock Kiong said.

“PR1MA offers a good supply of projects in the market in view of the government’s efforts in providing affordable housing and we would like to take this opportunity to bid for some projects under this scheme,” he told the media at the company's listing ceremony in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.

Pesona, through a reverse takeover and restructuring scheme, assumed the listing status of Mithril Bhd. It raised RM10 million from its listing exercise, the bulk of which will be utilised for working capital purposes.

Pesona claims a good track record in completing 30 public and private sectors’ buildings and infrastructure works, valued at more than RM1.5 billion.

“We will seek out additional public and private sectors construction opportunities. Currently, we are bidding for approximately RM1.5 billion of tenders which will augment our strong orderbook,” Wie said.

The PR1MA housing scheme, launched by the government to help the rakyat manage costs of living in urban areas, exclusively targets to build homes ranging from RM100,000 to RM400,000.

“The PR1MA scheme presents tremendous opportunities for construction firms that can provide precast and industrialised building system (IBS), which is in line with the government’s ruling of 70% IBS content.

“We will invest in IBS technology and focus on securing construction works at PR1MA developments to boost our secured orderbook of RM705 million,” Pesona’s chairman Datuk Lee Tuck Fook said at the listing ceremony.

He said apart from bidding for construction projects, the company has invested RM5 million to embark and develop the IBS business. The shares opened at 46.5 sen and closed at 30 sen with 2.9 million shares traded on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia yesterday.

儿子的Portfolio-12.10.2012
孩子不知不绝已经快1岁了。做人父母的都希望孩子健康快乐长大,同时为孩子筹备未来的生活还有教育费用。
说到这些钱的问题,大家相信也是家家有本难念经吧。
说看看我自己为孩子未来的打算的portfolio
1。目前将薪水一部分存入他的Maybank Yippie 户口,因为利息不错, 比我们这些成人的saving account 高。
2。为孩子买了一个每年约RM1000的人寿保险保单。很多人当初为孩子买入保单时候都想到储蓄保险,就是15-20年的保险。我的想法是如此:买入这种15-20年的保险,不如买股票更加好。我买保险是为了孩子自己。policy owner其实是孩子。如果将来孩子长大了,他可以自己选择继续,还是将它拿出来。这个我觉得一举两的。因为以他一岁的时候购买的价格,20年后还是如此便宜的保费已经是物超所值了。
3。为孩子架构他的investment portfolio
目前只买入股票,未来可能考虑一些Gold或Silver
目前孩子有的portfolio是
Genting 200
Parkson 100

我自己看好Genting和Parkson未来10年的稳定成长。

最近在关注IGBREIT

Well, Malaysian really likes shopping, especially during weekend. Seems like the shoppingmall REITs are the most welcome REITs in Malaysia.

Ok, now almost all Malaysia's mega-size malls are listing in REITs--Pavilllion, MidValley,Sunway, CMMT's SungeiWay etc. Personally I myself like Midvalley for its location and strategic place. Another one I like is OneUtama, but currently not listed. Other REITs like Hektar provide good dividend also, but mainly in other smaller area.

Why I like IGB Reit?
Look at the psf comparison:
MidValley Megamall--10.75psf,
Garden--only 8.74psf.

A very good room to improve,especially when GardenMalls target high-end customer.
Compared to Pavillion and Suria KLCC which charges around RM17psf,RM20psf, many room to growth yet for Garden--at least at par with MVM o RM10psf, agree?

Another reason is it is easy accessible to me,  I personally go there almost every month, and future catalyst include if Carrefour to move out from Malaysia, its space can be improved into a better places with higher rental yield, just like what has been done for the MPH --which now changed to Uniqlo, a good changes

Parkson Holdings is one of my favourite stock in Retail sectors.
Look at below Financial Hightlights extracted from 2012's Annual Report for its growth story, Gross sales proceeds doubled in 5 years time.



Parkson currently have stores in China, Malaysia,Indonesia, Vietnam. I was reading a book recently on the Economics of Asean countries+China(Include HongKong and Macau) is a bigger market than EU and US.
Well, although the book is written from the perspective of Taiwan, but it brings a lot of point. When Asean+1 or Asean+3, which include Japan and Korea together, it will be the most vibrant and growing market in the world. With the recent slowdown in Europe economy and America's economy, this region will be the next big thing in 5-10 years time, especially when all FTA is signed and executed among the countries.This Asean+1 or+3 will be the region with most population in future, which mainly young population. I only hope Parkson to grow faster with more stores in this region, it has recently tackle China, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia. Recent news is growth in Myanmar. This is also the main reason why I like Parkson,maybe more stores in Vietnam, Indonesia,Korea,Japan,Singapore,Thailand will add strenght into its future, which I will continue to accumulate in next 5 years to my portfolio.

But this is not yet. Growth story is one of the main reason attract me. Another reason is its strong book.

A pure cash company, and every year, it is generating cashflow of around RM800m

其实谈到Retirement planning,应该由保险开始谈起。
很多Insurance agent其实现在已经转型为Personal financial adviser,其实这个才是长久的生意。每年帮客户review他们的Retirement planning,还有个人的财产保障和规划才是正道。

谈起Retirement planning,其实应该由储蓄开始。没有Saving,很难有钱赚钱的Compounding power,而且也很难做到保险帮你cover your ass.

很多人可以retire是因为利息这个东西。不过在最近的经济风暴中,那些国家将interest rate降到几乎0的程度是很恐怖的。为何?因为即使你是百万富翁,银行有RM1,000,000,如果利息率是几乎0%,那么你每年的income是0,和银行只有RM10,000的人没分别。最恐怖的是发生通货膨胀,钱变越来越小。

谈到储蓄还有钱财的分配,很多人都听过Jars System,就是将每个月收入如下分配:
我举个例子,每个月赚RM3,500的人,然后modify 这个system的分配。其实这个方法在很多投资理财书都有,别的作家有不同的看法,而我modify了Give 的portion.通常虔诚的基督教徒都有pledge 10% of income to church/charity的习惯,我觉得5%一个心意。

Financial Freedom Account 10%-RM350
Long Term Savings For Spending (LTSS)10%-RM350
Education (EDUC) 10%-RM350
Necessities (NEC)  55%-RM1925
Play 10% RM350
Give 5% RM175

Total RM3,500

还有看过的分配方法如下:
每个月先将薪水20%直接从Bank account transfer出去另外一个储蓄户口,是for retirement的。
然后剩下,50%去日常生活的消费,这包括了房贷,车的Loan,Daily food expenses.
然后10%去买股票,10%去买奢侈品,或去高级餐厅吃一顿好的。10%是standby emergency funds.既是必须急用的。

架构你自己喜欢的fund allocation后,可以开始想如何protect你的income了。
在最危险时候,想如何将你的income protect着,不要让你的身家因为一场意外或重病而侵蚀你的Total Net-worth.
很多人买保险时候只考虑到要供多少钱,而忘记了自己应该如何保护income这一环。
今天我不想写太深入的保险东西。简单来说,一个人应该买的Sum Assured,或保额,应该是他本身可以做工的Value.例如你每个月收入RM3500, 你的Human Live Value=3500*12months*20years/30years
通常是RM800K--RM1million plus.
不过如果你要买RM1million的传统人寿保险,除非你是月入过万,不然很难买到如此高额的保单,所以这个时候就有Term Insurance的介入。Term Insurance顾名思义通常是没有cash value的。就是每一年一度供的保费如果没有发生任何意外就没有了,就好像General-Motor Car insurance般。
购买保险时候还记得要全面,而不是单单买一种而以为自己买了保险就有赔。应该多和你的Financial adviser交谈和弄清楚保单内容。例如什么情况不能claim,或有没有限额。这些都很重要,你不要end up买了一个储蓄保险,但是你admit hospital却不能claim.因为你根本就没有买到医药卡。Saving plan通常只保死亡还有终生残障而已。

我觉得架构好了你了保险protection够全面后,可以继续想想自己退休后的开销。然后如何cover这些每个月的开销。

例如你可以list down 你计划55岁退休后的expenses 如下

Total expenses         2550.00

得到一个数目后可以开始推算你要Retire大概需要多少Capital来sustain.以上面RM2550为例子,在不同的interest rate环境中可以推算回来所需要的capital,即将RM2550x12month/Interest rate %

5%             612,000.00
6%             510,000.00

10%             306,000.00
15%             204,000.00

很明显,你的Interest Return高,所需要的母金当然越低。3%是目前马来西亚最normal的 fixed deposit rate,所以你所需要的母金大概RM1,020,000. 不过这个interest 的力量很恐怖。如果今天你invest的是5% div yield 的股票或REITS,你需要的母金只是RM612,000足足少了RM400K,所以不要小看Interest Rate的微差距。

最后当然是你的母金的来源了。
目前马来西亚人通常的退休来源是EPF户头的退休金。
我以自己的个案为例子,如果你在一生中没有将钱提出来,那么通常到55岁,你的户头大概有700K-800K左右。这个是很好的开始。

假设你将这笔母金投资得当,例如买入REITS赚股息,大概Return 4%,那么你的portfolio不会那么震荡,因为你的本钱已经在帮你支付你每个月的开销了。
其实你自己架构母金可以天马行空,以自己所了解的投资最为重要。例如有写朋友只invest红酒,一年翻了3倍,因为他invest 在business,然后由business 为他赚钱。而且他也invest in self.
投资自己的知识,还有健康才是最重要的。

最近ICAP闹得沸沸扬扬,我看了它的Annual Report, 写了些东西。不过是英文。

Icap has been in the news lately, as a foreign hedge fund buy into their shares and would like to put in their men into the board room.
As most investors aware, Icap market price has been in discount value compared to its current NAV holdings. As announced latest, its NAV is around RM2.90, while Market price closed at RM2.39
A discount of around 20%+. I think this is the main reasons why hedge funds buy. To arbitrage on the differences.

The above picture I pick them from their latest Annual Report, another part is cash, the company has been keeping cash of around RM133million in short-term deposits. (That's around 30%)

I believe Icap fund managers are keeping cash for coming buying opportunities.
Well, the main reason why Icap is so liked by many investors is its ability to find undervalued companies, as seen above, most companies successfully gain over 100% over these years.

But, If I were the fund manager for Icap, I might buy different stocks/ or keep different stocks.
First, Boustead is a conglomerate, but I think its political risk is too high. I would rather go for Sime, most of its plantation lands now beautifully diversify in Malaysia and Indonesia. If it doesn't screw up like the previous scandals, it can grow stably over the years.

F&N might be bought up by other tycoon soon, no comments, just waiting to collect cash, another RM41million in cash maybe added into the current 133million to become RM170millon? Increase cash portion to 40% maybe?

Another weird thing I notice here is it doesn't keep any Banking stock, neither has it has holdings on Oil&Gas related stocks. OMG, If I where the fund managers, I will keep/buy 1 stock, Maybank. It is growing into a regional bank very soon, expanding its foothold in Southeast Asia.

Oil and Gas sector I might pick a few, Perisai is my favourite now, but I also like Deleum.
Malaysia's economy much rely on O&G related activities, with tons of promises and contracts and development plans from government, it is the main sector that will not fail you even in down time, even PKR become government. Keep OG stocks please.

Last, the most I fear most in its portfolio is this Padini. I personally like Padini stock since I started investing in Bursa, I keep track on it. Its margin is good, dividend also good if you have bought them since 2007 time.

Its successful stories are more to tell, but with recent huge competition from overseas brands-To name a few H&M, Uniqlo, Zara etc, I afraid its business might not be as good as when it is 3 years ago. Though Vincci is still its main source of income.

Another thing I find it strange as most comments I saw is TTB is a worshiper of Buffett's theory. Genting Group is one of the special exception case in Malaysia with MONOPOLY in gambling! and he did not hold any stock at all of this company. It has more than enough cash, and more than enough malt (As Buffett said it). and the beautiful thing of this company is it is generating cash of 2B ringgit almost without failed every year, and it is expanding Globally! In NewYork, In UK, In Singapore, Philippines. It is not just a regional company now, it is growing to become a Giant player in the global market like Sands, MGM, Wynn.


And strange enough also, it has zero property stocks? I remember one of the tycoon in Malaysia said before, if he had all the money he wants, he will buy all Malaysia listed property companies share, as they are so damn cheap!
It is a bold statement, but not every property counters are cheap tough. But most companies are still booking their land assets as of the value of 10, or some even 20 years ago. It is so undervalued, which is why another Guru in investment in Malaysia-Cold Eye mention also, most property stocks worth looking. I personally like Plenitude, Glomac, etc. If TTB believe in finding undervalued stocks, why not property stocks? Why?

But, I agree with him in 1 stock-Parkson Holdings.
I like this company. Generate great cashflows, almost no debts, and expanding well in this region. Its successful story in China is the most amazing thing to Malaysia's retailer. I believe deeply it will expand into this whole SEA region+China+Japan+Korea in near future as Asia's population are becoming more wealthy, with more urban populations, more Capita per person, especially China.If Parkson can sustain well in its current market share, I believe next year onward with recovery in China's economy, it will become one of the biggest retailer in this region besides AEON.

Glomac, Paramon, WingTM, Dijacor, Malton, Huayang,MKH, Cresendo, KSL,YNHProp, Plenitude,SNtoria, A&M, Ivory, L&G, Hunzpty, Guoco, Asas

今天将投机股票Perisai出清了,全部卖RM1.08. Perisai由高点RM1.17下调,可能会再创高峰。不过我自己换马,换回之前喜欢的Huayang, RM1.52买入。最主要原因是他profit 几乎很稳定了,Debts 开始下降。如果在多2年可能是Net cash company了。而且他积极买地,是不错的部署。以后马来西亚的房地产战争就是看谁拥有比较多地了。

另一个最主要原因是目前股价吸引我,以dividend 看,每年15sen dividend- Tax25%,11.25sen
11.25sen/RM1.52=dividend yield 7.4%,在马来西亚哪里找。而且他喜欢不断Bonus issue,就好像当初的Public Bank,不短回馈小股东。

现在已近11月尾,是时候部署明年的portfolio了。我自己其实不看好股票市场了。不过继续对中国保持乐观。所以会留意CIMBC25 ETF, 还有中国有关内销股票类的。2013年我觉得Silver price 开始大起,就像我当初看好金750/ounce,我想买,太太拒绝,结果今天1700/ounce,超过100%return in 3 years. Silver 看好未来到2015可以开始去到USD 100

如果你问我觉得马来西亚什么股票还可以继续持有,我说应该是稳定的property,像Huayang这种已经搞定3年unbilled sales的,还有就是积极扩张东南亚和亚洲的公司。未来战场在这个东协+3大市场。错过这个就几乎等于被淘汰了。

HwangDBS sees “dividend windfall” for Keck Seng shareholders

HwangDBS Vikers Research (HDBSVR), which is recommending a “buy” call on KECK SENG (M) BHD with a target price of RM6.00, said it expects a “dividend windfall” for shareholders. “We believe that Keck Seng is primed for a major re-rating with potential dividend windfall for shareholders. We recommend that this is an opportune time to accumulate to ride on the catalyst as the market has yet to appreciate its full potential,” HDBSVR said in a research report.

According to the research house, Keck Seng could declare a bumper dividend of RM359 million or 96 sen per share by virtue of its section 108 balance, which has just expired. If the company does not make full use of the credit balance, any unutilized credit balance will be forfeited.

HDBSVR also cited Keck Seng’s significantly undervalued land bank in Johor as a potential catalyst to increase the company’s target price by 12% for every RM5 per square feet (psf) land price increase.  “Its 1,850 acres of prime Johor land bank surrounding Johor Bahru has not been revalued for the past 32 years. Current share price implies a grossly undervalued RM2.70 psf (versus over RM20 psf in Johor Bahru currently) valuation for the land bank which is totally unjustified,” the research house stated.

Given the robust development in Iskandar Malaysia together with the project completions of Legoland and Coastal Highway, Keck Seng’s land price appreciation is set to further propel. “We arrive at our fair value of RM6.00 based on 30% discount to our conservative SOP valuation of RM8.50,” HDBSVR said.

Keck Seng’s third quarter ending 30th September saw revenue of RM242.4 million, a decline from RM335.5 million registered in the same quarter last year. Third quarter net profits also declined from RM 25.2 million last year to RM19.3 million this year. For the nine months ending 30th September (9M12), earnings rose 7% year-on-year to RM60 million despite weaker crude palm oil prices

人生100万由10,000开始。
   
我上次分享了coumpounded interest 的恐怖,恐怖的compounded interest,如何55岁退休时候拥有RM800K或以上

其实人生100万也可以由10,000开始。听说过“开番“的说法吗?
所谓 “开番“就是doubled的意识,由10,000 double 到20,000,然后继续double 到40,000一直到1,000,000为止。

简单计算下:
8个番就到1,000,000但是8个double容易吗?说难不难,简单也不是。我觉得是投资人应该要有自己的目标和知道如何开番。有的人选择以高成长股票达到,有的可能有其他tools,例如futures, options, forex,有的可能选择只买入蓝筹股,然后等几年开一个番。

其实条条大路通罗马, 是看你如何strategy:开始几番可以很快,因为大家可以以储蓄先开始达到目标,以下是我的大概strategy

其实我的想法是先慢慢架构RM50,000的股票portfolio,可能加入Silver, Gold做些许的Hedging
所以开始架构“8番”1,000,000时候是慢慢以自己想好的股票,渐渐买入。不过我自己有一个strategy,就是以油价为基准做portfolio调整。2008年的经济风暴和高油价,我觉得油价几乎影响了全世界经济的平衡。

以下是我自己目前关注的股票,希望渐渐买入架构我的50,000portfolio

根据一个很出名的professor研究报告,有几类的行业应该避免,和几种行业可以考虑买入

终于看完了Standsberry的research report, 好恐怖,好心寒
如果Gold3年内去到USD5000----SILVER 回到历史的STANDARD DEV 1/16
SILVER=5000/16=USD312......900% GAIN!!

Before I continue, let us not focus on the amount but the process. Why? Because the value of $1 is different for different people. Some people is earning $6,000 per month, some $100,000, some $3,000. Some people are not working because family is rich. Some assets are worth $1 million because age 50 and had accumulated many years, but some young people's assets only worth $50,000.


How I made my First $100,000 from Stock Market. The journey share by someone and I post it here.

He started investing more than 10 years ago but not much profit, because not much savings and wrong stock selection. Profit less than $1,000 from Sep 2000 to Sep 2006 (6 years).
Currently he is a middle working class salary person, where there are few superior higher ranking than him in his department. Doesn't really earn much, but able to save some money. As he continue to have more savings (money) and have better stock selection, he invested more, profit has increased, but still not much. He made a total of $4,000 only from Sep 2006 to Sep 2009 (3 years).

The reasons were:

i) stock selection has improved but still not good enough;
ii) good stock sold too early; Normally sold if made 10% to 20% and switched stock

iii) dare not buy stock if already moved up.
iv) not much confidence to invest more because results were not so good

The "Turning Point" was at a dinner in Shangri La hotel. Four of them. A remisier/ dealer, a banker, an investor, and himself. At that time, he dare not enter the market because prices have already gone up. He has also missed out on many stocks because the stocks didn't reach his buying price target. The banker shared with him about Dollar Cost Averaging. He took the advice/ challenge.

Since then, he started using Dollar Cost Averaging and started to see some good result. As he was thinking how to have better stock selection, he realized his stock selection was not good enough, because he concentrated too much on PE ratio. Then he started to change his strategy:

i)Continue with Dollar Cost Averaging
ii)Buying into low PE ratio stock, but also with high growth, low gearing and high dividend yield

iii)Refuse to sell the stock even the price has gone up if the stock still offer good value
iv)Will buy the stock even if the price has gone up, as long as the value is still good.

Profit has improved although at that time many people complained that the market sentiment was not good. However, his family wanted to buy a property and he has to sell all his shares. But he was able to keep investing, by using the retirement money that his company has allocated to him, although not much due to some policies/ restrictions.

As he could see the positive result, his confidence has grown and he has been investing consistently. He didn't take very high risk, but invested gradually into diversified stocks with his retirement money.  He was able to achieve average of more than 20% return per year for the past few years, outperformed the local stock exchange index yearly. Based on his rough estimation, his has made $96,000 from Sep 2009 to May 2013 (3 years and 8 months). Plus the $4,000 that he has made, total is $100,000.


If he didn't change his strategy, he has estimated that the most he could had made is about $20,000 or the most $25,000.

If he didn't change to a better strategy, things will not happen. He was glad that he has made the right decision to change the strategy.


Anyway, now he can't use his profit yet because the money is in the retirement fund provided by the company.

My comment is, for some people $100,000 is not a lot of money. But is a lot for others. He doesn't have much money to invest because he has bought a property and is not having a very high salary. Congratulation to him.

Besides congratulate him, I would also want to follow the way how he invest. If I have less money than him, I will make less than him. If I have more money than him, will make more than him. But all of us will be having a good % return. Be realistic, more important is the % that we make every year, how much we make is how much money we have.

Property stocks in KLSE now mostly in all time high, most small-cap property stocks have start moving nearer to a reasonable P/E 10 basis, but there are still many healthy property stocks in laggard. As you seen it, I have mentioned HuaYang, Malton, Glomac before, now they are all near to P/E 10 from previously P/E 3,4. And do not miss it, some cheap property stocks still wait to play catch up, like L&G, Keladi, Seal, in this super bull run market, it is just time they pick up, and when they pick up, so do your pocket!

Latest Quarter EPS=0.0413 , if it is sustainable, with price RM0.55, P/E is 3, one of cheapest in KLSE now! And the beauty of all is it has a very healthy balance sheet. Cash=RM34,141,000, Total Liabilities=RM60,223,000, Long Term Liabilities=RM1,542,000, Earning this quarter=RM16,227,000. What added to my like is its great profit margin of around 27%, a slight improvement from 22% previously.
Next few quarter enough to cover all liabilities, good not??

2. Keladi

Keladi, a very quiet stock. Mainly focus on Kedah's property market.
Current Quarter 0.85sens, x4= RM0.034, currently price around RM0.27, P/E around 7.9-8
Profit margin around 29%, cash and equivalent=120,487,000, Total Liabilities=RM15,853,000, Wow!
Net Cash after TL=104,634,000/ Total share outstanding 758,310,000, Net cash per share=RM0.138!
Now is RM0.27, almost half is Cash, you are getting the properties almost for free.

3.Land and General

Latest Quarter EPS=RM0.0329,current year EPS=0.0735, current price RM0.47, Full year P/E 6-7
If latest EPS is sustainable, Yr 2014 full year EPS=0.1316, P/E will be 3-4, OMG, another great property stocks with low P/E.

Look at its cash, RM172,371,000, TL=200,070,000, LT=110,771,000. If current year earning sustainable, RM57mio per year, almost 3 years can pay back all loans.

之前在马来西亚大选后选了些股票:
YTLPOWER-私有化的可能?YTL借私有化来提取YTLPOWER里的现金调动
MISC-RM5.50都失败,结果大跌回RM4.40/ 未来12个月后会否继续有动作?
KSENG--2013,SECTION108必须UTILISED,会否还有特别股息?
TM-稳定的派息,相信大选后还一样。
TuneIns- 和Airasia一起成长。

YTLPOWER-私有化的可能?RM1.50买入
MISC-RM5.50privatise 都失败,买入Hold 12个月等?RM4.40可以考虑

TM-稳定的派息,相信大选后还一样。RM5以下考虑

之前注意,不过已经drop watching list 的有-Poweroot, MYEG, MBSB

新加再注意的:
PavReit-RM1.50考虑买入,p/e还很低。
STAR-主要是Div 稳定及不错,RM2.50以下都可以买入。
HLIND-会否以RM5 以上privatise??

最近已经陆续买入MISC,YTLPOWER,HLIND等。STAR买入后起到RM2.80卖了。
最近注意的股票多了:
Keladi,L&G,Seal-Property股票,都是Laggard,等待最后涨潮然后买,因为都是p/e<10,还有机会涨。
GENM-最近看到会有坏消息在July公布,听说是环保组织做的抗议,可否再这个时候买入呢?
YTLPower-WB-大势都是下跌,他偏上??privatise快来了?

另外注意Silver的价格,已经跌破usd20,想再加码!
