辞职问题

我的offer letter 上有写 我 probation period 是三个月。
但在termination of appointment  里 他只写
1: notice period shall give full notice of 60 days which excluded any annual leaves or 30 days salary in lieu of notice. the company will pay annual leaves accoring to the daily salary.

那请问，他到底是什么意思？我不是很明白。 我还是个新人
如果我在试用期里做得不好，想要辞职，我需要follow terms 吗？？

就是说，你要辞职要不就给两个月（60天）的提前通知，不然就赔给公司1个月的工资然会就可以直接在当天走人。
至于后面一段说的是，如果你有剩余的年休假，那么公司会按你的日薪来补偿你。

不需要，他们没说的话，通常是一天，手头上有project是一个星期。
