Dear Values Partner This notice is to ensure that all our TM Partners are aware of these exercise and able to explain to the customers if necessary. In line with TM’s realignment of its suite of product offerings, TM will not be accepting any new registrations for all TM E-mail services (namely Streamyx.com, tm.net.my, hsbb.com.my, bluehyppo.com and unifi.my) effective immediately. Customers are required to provide their preferred e-mail address during new registration. Please note that TM E-mail account will remain active until 1 December 2013. After this date, all TM E-mail related services will automatically be deactivated. Customers are advised to clear all their emails and save all the important documents before the expiry of TM E-mail account to avoid any inconvenience. TM will not be liable for any data loss due to the expiry of TM E-mail account after this date Only by request, customer is given an option to choose email relay service if customer refuse to change TM email to preferred email immediately due to business impact. Email relay option will be given for a period of one year only starting from 1st December 2013.The email relay service will only be provided on case to case basis . There will be no official communication to the customers on this. To apply for email relay service, customer need to contact 100/TMUC/TMpoint/AE and provide their preferred email to be used. All email sending to TM E-mail service will be forwarded to the preferred email given. Against, to remind customer that email relay services applicable for one year period of time only.
