銀岭預計電訊業 3年內達巔峰期

（吉隆坡25日訊）銀岭（SRIDGE，0129，創業板科技股）預計電訊領域，將在未來兩、三年達到巔峰的時期。

銀岭執行董事黃志強表示：“我國走向寬頻時代，目前只是寬頻時代的循環初期，相信未來兩、三年將成為寬頻巔峰的時期。屆時市場可能會陸續頒發寬頻相關計劃。”

他昨日傍晚出席銀岭社交宴會時如是指出；列席者包括銀岭董事查琪菈、執行董事莎蒂拉蘇海米、總執行長鯊酷蘇海米、董事經理拿督莫哈末蘇海米、執行董事溫世麟、董事何志謀、黃志強及董事莫哈末木查米爾。

黃志強披露：“我們正在競標4G長期演進技術相關的計劃，不過仍處于初步階段，因此不便透露詳情。”

致力取正面業績

隨著電訊業者全力進軍4G長期演進技術（簡稱LTE），黃志強相信銀岭可從中受惠，進而獲得正面的業績表現。“我們的核心業務是為電訊系統，提供軟件解決方案和網絡解決方案。”

詢及何時轉至主要板，黃志強透露，該公司確實有為期幾年的路線圖。

（吉隆坡28日讯）银岭控股（SRIDGE，0129，创业板）献议私下配售最多1650万新股，以筹资最多428万令吉。

银岭控股向马交所报备，献议私下配售最少1100万新股、最多1650万新股（相等于10%缴足资本）。

上述新股或将配售给公司的董事、主要大股东和执行人员、相关利益者和公司代表。

银岭控股在文告指出，假设发售价定在目前5天平均交易价的25.94仙，公司最高可筹得428万令吉，最低筹得285万3000令吉。

根据文告，这项合约主要为华为（Huawei）多元服务接取节点（Multi Services Access Node；MSAN）设备，提供全面的维护和支撑服务。

银岭控股表示，该合约为期5年，从今年1月1日起至2018年12月31日，合约期间会对公司业绩带来正面盈利贡献。

不过，以上合约不会对每股净资产带来影响，因该合约并不涉及资产注入或投资。
