APB資源有望因RAPID受惠

（吉隆坡1日訊）APB資源（APB,5568,主板工業產品組）雖然未直接參與邊佳蘭煉油及石油化學綜合發展計劃（Rapid），豐隆研究不排除該公司可能以30年石化處理器材經驗，獲取國際EPCC企業的分包商工程。

APB資源為石化、油脂化學及能源領域處理器材製造商，產品包括壓力容器、換熱器及熱能修復蒸氣發動機，豐隆相信，隨著上游產能上升，中國、印度及印尼消費需求成長，油脂化學資本投資將持續及令該公司受惠。

該公司通過倒置收購N C K企業，於2004年5月上市，自2004年起持續獲利，出口貢獻90%營業額，主要來自國際大型EPCC供應商客戶，目前在梳邦及Gebeng有兩家製造廠。

豐隆表示，預計整理場地後，更多EPCC工程將在今年第三季頒發，熱電廠及生水合約已頒發確保Rapid可準時於2019年投運，而APB資源會是Rapid計劃的間接受惠公司之一。

截至今年第二季，該公司持有6千300萬令吉現金或每股57仙，以年度維修開銷300萬令吉計算，每年自由現金流若約1千500萬令吉，2015財政年的自由現金流息率將達10%。

自2005年起，該公司每股固定派息6.5仙（除了2011財政年的3仙），以目前1令吉43仙股價計算，週息率為4.5%，豐隆看好此數額派息將在龐大現金流及10%自由現金流息率支撐下持續下去。

APB資源過去10年都取得盈利，2014上半年取得790萬令吉盈利，訂單企於7千萬令吉，可忙碌9個月，處理器材合約較短，介於6至9個月，過去紀錄顯示，該公司訂單補充量可抵銷合約消耗量及維持未來營業額。

印尼油脂化學展望方面，印尼政府放眼在2020年成為全球最大的油脂化學生產國（目前全球第四）。

受主要業者投資帶動，油脂化學產能料從2012年的380萬噸增至2014年的420萬噸。

受馬幣回彈衝擊‧APB與上游業合作迎逆風

（吉隆坡23日訊）受馬幣強勁回彈影響，APB資源（APB，5568，主板工業產品組）外匯利好減少，面臨逆風，惟該公司與上游業者合作關係良好，有助於該公司渡過艱難時期。

該公司執行董事兼首席營運員陳騰光在股東大會後表示，公司產品有90%出口，馬幣回彈對公司來說並不是好消息。但該公司生產的石化、油脂化學及能源領域處理器材品質良好，過往紀錄佳，客戶對公司產品十分有信心。

“上游的石化或油脂生產商對於公司使用的鍋爐、熱能換熱器等器材要求十分高，若其品質不好或不按時交貨，則整間工廠都不能運作。一般來說，這些大型生產商不會為了節省經費，輕易更換供應商。”

他補充，除了馬幣走勢去強，APB資源也受到上游業者資本開銷減少影響。APB資源主要承接石油化或油脂業者的工程、採購、建筑及啟用（EPCC）合約。以前的情況是，當石化業者刪減資本開銷時，油脂生產業者仍可以維持，反之亦然。現在的情況是，雙方都在減少其資本開銷，公司現在的營運十分艱辛。

儘管如此，陳騰光認為公司成立了近30年，對於應付大環境不佳經驗豐富。加上，公司從不盲目擴張，現金流狀況良好，渡過這段全球經濟低潮期並不成問題。

APB資源過去12年都取得盈利，但該公司截至2015年12月31日止第一季的財報，受到外匯波動影響，由盈轉虧475萬5千令吉，前期淨賺144萬7千令吉。（星洲日報／財經）
