利基重新聚焦大马市场

（吉隆坡23日讯）从事製造及销售黄金首饰和装饰品的利基资本（NICE，7139，主板消费股）宣布重新將焦点转回本地市场，並打算进一步扩充大马业务。       

利基资本董事经理马永基（译音）在出席今日股东大会后指出，公司的中国海外业务面对当地激烈竞爭，以及外匯市场波动，因此，才作出把业务重心放回大马市场的决定。

「由於遭到黄金饰品市场竞爭加剧的影响，使到公司中国业务赚幅走跌，而公司正努力捍卫其市场份额。」他补充，由於资金限制，利基资本將暂时不会扩大中国的黄金零售网络。

公司2013財政年税前亏损为1154万令吉。他表示，亏损按年扩大236%，主要是因国际金价在2013財政年按年平均下跌约16%，虽然如此，这却让公司营业额提升。他表示，为了减轻公司损失，明年將会著重于大马业务。同时，利基资本还计划，扩大及加强黄金零售业务。【东方网财经】

利資金售新股籌資1044萬

（吉隆坡30日訊）利資金（NICE,7139,主板消費品組）將透過發售新股方式償還債務，同時擬向第三方投資者私下配售佔擴大後繳足資本30%的新股，以籌措最多1千零44萬5千850令吉作為營運資本。

該公司發文告指出，與Yikon珠寶工業私人有限公司和大馬銀行、聯昌銀行、興業銀行和華僑銀行等債權人簽署協議，將通過發售1億1千513萬股，每股發售價為10仙的新股，以及101萬4千令吉現金來償還拖欠的約1千659萬3千233令吉債務。

在償還債務後，利資金擬向有待鑑定的第三方投資者私下配售最多6千963萬9千股新股，相等於擴大後繳足資本的30%，發售價定為每股15仙，料可籌措最高1千零44萬5千850令吉，將主要用作營運資本。

整個計劃完成後，利資金繳足資本將從1千179萬9千250令吉擴大至3千558萬5千812令吉，負債比將從2.38倍減至0.01倍，但大股東Global Gold控股和積格迪萬持股將從10.47%和10.55%，稀釋至3.47%和3.50%，銀行債權人和新投資夥伴將憑藉32.35%和19.57%持股崛起成為新大股東。（星洲日報／財經）

文告显示，兴业银行在去年12月23日，收到NICE发出的6480万股或27.8%股权，作为欠债偿还。
