Dear colleagues,

As part of TM’s suite of product offerings realignment, we wish to inform you that new registration of TM Broadband services will no longer be offered a free e-mail address. Therefore, new registrations for TM e-mail services will be discontinued effective from 30 Mayand 6 June 2013 for ICP and NOVA respectively.

The affected TM e-mail services are as below:

For Consumer segment, customers are required to provide their preferred e-mail address instead for new registrations of product and services that offer TM e-mail service.

For SME segment, customers are also required to provide their preferred e-mail address during registration and at the same time, we should take this opportunity to up sell a higher package of UniFi or Office in a Box 365.

Please be informed that:
1.     The existing registration forms available at all touch point are still applicable. However, frontliners just need to strike out the TM e-mail field.
2.     All information on TM e-mail services that is offered as part of the products and services will be removed from TM website (www.tm.com.my)
3.     All existing customers can still enjoy the email service until 30 September 2013.
