Toyota Hybrid/EV 綠能車徹底研究

現在，我們在「Toyota Hybrid/EV綠能車徹底研究」，準備多達8篇的報導篇幅，以Toyota在Hybrid技術的發展脈絡為主軸，徹底剖析目前車壇當前熱門的Hybrid/EV綠能技術。首先，以「環保先驅─Hybrid Synergy Drive油電混合動力系統演進」的篇章，介紹由Dr.Ferdinand Porsche於1901年發明全球第一套油電混合動力系統，再連結到1997年Toyota推出Prius油電混合作品，才真正實現這項技術的普及化。接著，第2篇章以「節能趨勢─Hybrid系統與EV系統的種類」，詳細介紹從1997年Toyota推第1代Prius至今，Hybrid車用油電混合動力系統與EV電動車系統目前的種類與未來發展趨勢。
第3篇章則聚焦Prius家族產品線，以「 啟動未來的關鍵─Prius/Prius Plug-in Hybrid」，來全面研究全球第一款普及化Hybrid油電混合車：Prius歷代車型的發展演變，以及Prius Plug-in Hybrid插電式油電混合動力車介紹。
高瞻遠矚！TOYOTA Prius Hybrid原生車款的歷史演進（一）
15年前，國內汽油每公升的價格還不到20元，美國滿街都是大排氣量V8引擎車款，具備V12引擎才稱得上是旗艦房車…。雖然當時已歷經兩次石油危機，許多車廠紛紛將後輪驅動車款，改為節能取向的前輪驅動車款，不過罕有人意識到下一波石油危機的來臨，但TOYOTA感受到了！除了明確地將旗下車款朝向節能方向邁進，如輕量化車體與高效率引擎，全球第一台油電混合動力車款，更於1997年誕生，那就是「Prius」。
一代 Prius 1997～2000年
初代Prius於1997年12月誕生，廠內代號NHW10，由於當時環保動力並不盛行，基於市場策略，這一代的Prius並沒有提供外銷，因此僅有右駕版本，然而因優異的節能功效，加上寧靜的動力品質，因此受到高油價或高里程數的右駕國家垂涎，不少中古Prius出口至英國、澳洲與紐西蘭，此點原廠可說是始料未及！
初代Prius採用排氣量1.5L的直五引擎，最大動力為58hp/4000rpm，搭配進氣汽門延遲關閉系統（類似米勒循環引擎架構），壓縮比達到13.5：1，極具節能概念，其他車廠則是在近十年後，因缸內直噴科技的普及，才將壓縮比提升到12.5：1的境界，初代Prius研發時間雖早，科技卻一點也不落後！

一代Prius可說是Hybrid科技的實驗性產品，並不預期能大放異彩，因此僅針對日本市場推出右駕版本，但優異的節能功效，意外受到海外市場的青睞，TOYOTA於是推出「1.5代」，滿足右駕國家需求，但真正受到全球市場重視的產品乃是二代Prius。

1.5代 Prius 2000～2003年
Prius之所以如此受到歡迎，除了省油功效之外，同時也是全球首輛Hybrid原生車款，並非以既有市售車款進行改造，因此在油箱、電池模組位置設計都經過精確規劃，對車室空間與行李廂容積衝擊小，車身外觀的風阻係數相對低，利於節能表現，此外座艙設計更具科技感，給人耳目一新的感受。
1.5代Prius廠內代號為NHW11，造型與一代Prius同為四門房車設計，外觀幾乎沒有什麼改變，僅燈組、鋁圈設計略微不同，但1.5代有左駕設計，並開始於美國、歐洲與澳洲等地區販售，北美地區基本款售價約為2萬美金。動力系統以一代設計為基礎加以改良，導入VVT-i可變汽門正時機構，引擎最大馬力為70hp/4500rpm，油電混合總功率為98hp，採用鎳氫電池模組，由228顆1.2V電池組合而成，電容量為6.5AH，較初代的6.0AH更為優異。
二代 Prius 2003～2009年
二代Prius廠內代號為NHW20，此代Prius可說是關鍵性的世代，除了奠定五門掀背造型之外，空間設計也有很大的突破，座艙與行李廂空間更為寬敞，空氣動力學設計也更加優異，更重要的是造型相當流線動感，內裝設計也非常新穎時尚，配備相當豐富，市場接受度大增，銷售成績水漲船高，一代Prius全球銷售量約12萬輛，二代則是超過百萬輛！
二代動力系統依然是1.5L直四引擎，動力小幅升級為77hp/5000rpm，油電混合最大功率達110hp，0～100km/h僅需10.9秒，加速表現毫不溫吞，另一特點為純電能行駛功能，變速箱結構也有大幅精進，體積更小、重量更輕，車身重量較上一代車款減輕150kg，經濟部能源局的平均油耗測試數據為23.3km/L，一上市即成為台灣最省油的乘用車款。

二代Prius於全球創下優異的銷售佳績，三代Prius承襲昔日風範」，於空間、油耗、造型方面再次突破，動力系統更加精進，車身重量雖然增加，但油耗表現卻更為精進，外觀與內裝的設計風格也更為時尚。
三代 Prius於2009年問世，外型與二代有某種相似度，但全車約90％都是全新設計，不變的是低風阻設計（僅0.25Cd），外觀並增添LED頭燈，內裝採用便利的方向盤操作介面及抬頭顯示器，懸浮式中控台與獨特的排檔座設計也是一絕，配備方面增添Smart Entry、Push Start、恆溫空調、衛星導航系統、IPA智慧停車輔助系統等，科技氣息更為濃厚。
動力系統方面，三代Prius有相當大的突破，除了採用1.8L新引擎取代昔日的1.5L動力外，更導入了電動水泵，最大馬力達99hp/5000rpm，搭配功率更大的電動馬達，油電混合總功率為136hp，除了功率的提升之外，更重要的是平均油耗數據達到26.3km/h，車身尺碼略微放大，但油耗卻愈來愈省。
為了讓機能更為完整，三代Prius衍生出許多車款，包括具備外部充電功能的Prius Plug-in，座艙空間增加50％的Prius v，三排座椅七人座機能的Prius α，此外還有車身尺碼更小、排氣量更低、電池模組更輕、售價更低廉的Prius c，全車系陣線相當完整。之後將各位讀者詳細介紹Prius的油電混合動力科技演進。

Interior
 Advanced Multi-information Display (MID) Thanks to smart integration with the Touch Tracer display, you can control various functions of the Prius through switches on the steering wheel. Attain complete and instant confirmation on the vehicle's operating status such as its cruising range, average speed, engine & motor status and more, while maintaining your attention on the road. View all these on the 5-inch Eco Drive Monitor.
 Head-Up Display (HUD) The innovative HUD projects driving information on the lower windshield glass directly in front of the driver to minimise eye movement. Information on the HUD includes vehicle speed and the Hybrid System indicator.
 Touch Tracer The Touch Tracer features touch sensors on the steering wheel buttons that are designed to reduce driver eye movement for better concentration on the road. The 1.5 litre 1NZ-FXE engine is designed to enhance fuel efficiency and has a maximum output of 54kW/4,800rpm and produces a maximum torque of 111Nm (11.3kg-m)/4,000rpm.
Highly Efficient Electric Motor
The lightweight, compact and high-torque motor produces a maximum output of 45kW and maximum torque of 169Nm (17.2kg-m), giving the
PRIUS c optimum power and performance. In addition, the compact Nickel-Metal Hydride (NiMH) battery supplies efficient power to the motor with a rated voltage of 144.0 and a maximum output of 19.3kW.

Drive Modes

E-CVT 保养事项
照manual book 来说，E-CVT 是不用换油，只是inspect, 但inspect 了很肮脏或油变质了就要换，但UMW SC 那些人我真的不相信它们会好好inspect 囖，每40,000km 叫他们换掉够干净+保护牙箱， ATF-WS 是toyota hybrid E-CVT 用的牙油， 它并不是用toyota cvt 油的， 而是和vios , camry 用ATF-WS 的。。。。还有E-CVT 并不像其他AT 或 CVT 车是有和要换ATF/CVTF filter 的， E-CVT 没有filter 所以不用换，只是换油就可以了。。。。。。。。
冷气+coolant保养事项
油门控制事项
PC 的油门+ecvt ,如果跑70%以上highway 你探索到油门的那一层最有力+省油，battery charge 到4 格，hybrid system 会给extra boost 的， 25km/L 应该没问题的，不过下午大热天气会影响很大，21-23km/L 已很好了，最重要是battery 不够时，不要踏太大油，因为我们没有0w20 黑油，小马力，扭力的atkinson cycle engine pickup 会比较重
电池价钱
Hybrid的battery pack跌价了。。。一月的事情
之前 Prius的 Battery是 around 12k 包人工
现在是 RM8500，labour charge RM500
Prius C的是 RM7200
基于之前有疑虑说。。。
有人指出 Lexus 和Toyota的 spare part 就算是一样的东西。。
但是价钱不一样。。
查证过后。。
证实一样是8500.，没有因为豪华牌子而贵。labour charge 500是Lexus的。。Toyota的不清楚（labour charge）
Honda的我就不知道了。。因为有一样的impact吧
Inverter 保养
toyota hybrid 最敏感的零件不是hybrid battery , 而是inverter 和 inverter pump , 很多外国车主到了150,000-200,000km 都没换coolant,inverter 就坏了。。。
大马天气热+每天塞车，或黄金右脚多的，建议100,000km 换新的toyota super long life coolant....
少驾的人建议每三到五年换一次。。。。。。 Inverter converter 这东西在美国，加拿大的prius壽命大约是八年，但他们那便有很多二手或recond 的，转换马币大越rm800-1000，我们这里到时后杀车厂会拿进来的，最重要记的每100,000km 把inverter coolant 换了，尽量车不要爆晒太多，走长途回家最好把引擎盖开起来散热，我在想,toyota 应该加多把风扇给inverter converter 散热，但没有位子了 这辆车千万别洗engine , inverter converter 的mainboard 就在上面顶端，还一大对电线。。。。。早点换coolant 是保护inverter/motor,还有inverter 的water pump, coolant 一定要是toyota super long life coolant,不可参水，因为这coolant 是已参水的

honda sport hybrid 也是用atkinson cycle ...full hybrid 的概念就是要省油高效能的引擎。。。1.5l atkinson 引擎的油耗，动力只是等于1.0l 的otto cycle 引擎而已，其余都靠强大的electric motor 来发力 ，所以当你斯文驾时觉得车没什么力的因为好像驾1.0l 的车，驾慢时motor 也是给一点power 而已，你踏多点motor 就发力比较多。。。再想下就知道honda ima 为什么在低转时比较好pickup 了。。因为他是otto cycle , 加上motor 的发力低转时一踏油力就来了。。。。。。。。。。。。atkinson cycle + motor 当你敢敢踏到完发挥100%动力你还可以做到平均16km/L 这就是full hybrid 的特别。。。。。ima 就倒转的。。引擎强但motor 小。。。所以要全力踏油发挥100%动力时是很耗油的。。。。。。所以为什么pc 不能用5w40?引擎是 1.0L 的动力来的 如果时ct200h 又不同了，当启动sport mode ,battery 就会给最大电于electric motor , 引擎rpm 会颠高点的。。。[quote]Full Hybrid 的操作方式真的很不同。。atkinson cycle engine 虽然省油，耐用，高效率但还存在几项弱点

FIT Sport Hybrid 是用motor-drive DCT 来解决了Atkinson Cycle 低转没力的弱点，但HV battery , electric motor 还是不够强大。。耐用性还需要时间来证明。。。。
toyota 就相信Power Split Device(E-CVT) 是最耐用零件最少的牙箱，要稳定不要乱,所以要继续强化那副引擎来解决

Prius C 车主 上云顶后的感想
云顶试车回来，以下是试车报告——
从山脚开始上斜坡时，我就开始用normal mode一直踩油，差不多踩到完，由于pc 的低转高扭引擎和cvt 牙箱的配搭，上山时扭力充沛，我不能说它冲力滂湃，但就是随传随到，不会暖慢，就好像你冲着上时，忽然前面有几辆车杜塞你的去路，然后就收油，但再次踩油冲时你是不必keep 转数的，它会直接给到你要的力水，不像city 的 i-vtec，它是偏向高马低扭那种，一旦你收油后，转数会立刻跌，再次重山会感觉力量很慢才来。
我上山时都是我在割人家的车，连camry也只是一直tiong着我的尾而已，然后有两辆车爬了我的头，它们就是VW golf 和 久款的 honda city （比 i-dsi久一款那种），然后也爬了 golf 的头。
上到山上后，打了两个圈，发觉以前在露天parking 有很多啦啦仔和啦啦车的情景不见了，我想可能是行情不好的关系，或还是我来早了？然后就下山了。
下山时，因为 pc 的 cvt 的关系，我的车会一直冲着下的，因为 cvt 的设定是比较偏向低牵引力，不像city 的 5 前速牙箱，当你收油或刹车时，它会自动打去抵挡来拉高牵引力去令到汽车减速，所以我就利用 B 挡来提高牵引力，首先说说这个 B 挡先，如果我打 D 挡再踩刹车的话，因为冲力很快的关系，我刹车时是要踩到很深下它才会停下来的，如果一直以这样的习惯从山上驾到山下的话，我想刹车皮真的是满吃力的，所以我是一直重复打 D 档 〉B 档 〉D 档 〉B 档 这样来驾的，尤其是下山差不多要过敦的时候，打 B 档再踩刹车的话，感觉上我只是轻轻踩罢了它就会很快从 80km/h 减到 10km/h，但也不能一直用 B 档驾到山下，因为你的车会很重很慢，一直踩油门也会很吃油，引擎声会很吵那种，简单来说就是下山时要冲的话就打 D 档，要减速的话就打 B 档。
以上就是我刚才试车后的感想，看了后希望会对其他 PC 迷会有帮助。

心得
这车给我的感觉很不错，不像是小车（虽然没屁股jek）
每天start 车时，只要Hybrid 电池足够，都是可以push start 后，进牙直接走就好了，那个时候走着 EV ~~
至于加速这些，对不起，我都是顺顺驾，要超车的话，不会难，只是E-CVT 牙箱我还需要时间去适应，不像@HectorSoh 那样癫 ，突然不习惯，因为没有了顿挫感。。。。要有顿挫感，用CVT 的车绝对不能给你
say no to CVT 的s 先生，它真的给不到你有顿挫感的感觉
驾到100km/h,没感觉的。。。除了tayar 声，风声（其实我对他的隔风声期望并不高），我真的没什么听到engine 声。。。
VSC 很敏感，有洞没闪开的话，即使是小洞，只要“它” 感觉到车身晃动有点大的话，VSC 就介入了。。。
冷气方面，我都是死火前关冷气，上车后才开，每次冷气都是会先吹脚后一下子它就吹上来了~~
大热天下，我都是用着25度 auto mode ，很快就冷了（新车缘故吧。。。）
舒适感的话，还不错啦，当然不能拿Altis 拉，Camry 拉这些来比较，它的舒适感还ok 下
后坐空间，我身高不是183，所以我进去不会敲头，前座调到我的正常坐姿，后座空间还很宽下（对我个人的感觉拉，毕竟每个人都对宽窄的要求不一样）
车尾箱。。。其实跟Myvi 差不多大小，载不了多东西，不过还能把我塞进去啦
后备胎，跟其他四粒 sport rims 一样，并不是给鸡公车spare tyre, 也不是给铁rims~~
音响方面，中规中矩，paiseh, 我不是玩音响的，所以没去了解很多
大灯有的在车内自行调高低，还不错下，可以调近近，可以调照得远一点，不过这种东西，调一两次后不会再去碰的拉
side miror 可以按button 来收，不过到现在我都没什么去碰，懒惰去按它~~
至于这辆车，退后时，那两个C 柱。。。oh Shxt...肥到，死角很大，退车要很小心，不过我装了Toyota 的acc 原装 配置DVD player+reverse 镜头 ..RM2990 (顶。。。好像骗钱的这样，没有中文显示，这个就算了，连GPS 也没有中文显示，只有ang mo 跟 Bahasa Malayu 而已 ）
至于油耗方面，因为不是单纯我一个人驾驶，所以油耗并没有其他Hybrid expert Driver 芥末厉害
只是RM70=760km (50% kampung 驾驶，50%远路）
normal mode , 踩油很容易一不小心就踩超过ECO 的线了
ECO mode, 好像会控制你的油门踩踏，踩了很多它都是慢慢上。。。
EV mode, 在电池充足情况下，我拿来上斜坡都不是问题，可是很快就没电了
当停着没走动时，Hybrid 电池恰好电池电量不足的时候，他start engine 的声音。。。walao eh...真的很大声咯，可是当你在驾驶者的时候，它却不会很大声。。。
每次我驾，pick up 时，我都是用normal mode,踩踏程度不多，给他EV 来加速。。。当我踩踏多一些，它进入了混合模式时，多多少少会感觉突然有力。。。
超车时，踩油到 " PWR ", 听到引擎在狂叫，可是是拉着的感觉，CVT 关系~~
今天去做了1st service, Toyota SC 帮我免费洗车，免工钱，我换 Semi Synthetic 10w30 + oil filter~~
全部一共是 RM131.80~~
另外SC 再送我一小罐倒进喷镜子水的洗镜液。。。
这辆车，我拿Lime Pearl White（不懂跟camry white 是不是一样的，我没有被rebject），由于Toyota 大折扣，我拿到折扣RM5k,另外再叫SA 多扣RM990 加送我雨伞，carpet。。。虽然折扣并没有@HectorSoh 那么高。。。不过他的服务态度还是不错下的。。。
不懂还有什么没写，头晕了，想到才写吧

车友驾驶心得
@无边海
用了两天。。就浅谈下我的用后感。。。
第一个：省油度~绝对没问题~~~去batu pahat来回都可以做到26km/l。。。 (不是highway, crosscity kampong road)
第二个：冷气~完全没有hybrid车冷气不冷的问题，我set 25c auto。。大热天都可以很舒服。。（一半也要归功于rikecool tint)
第三个：Car tint~哇，这个没花错钱。。我拿rike cool91%隔热和防暴，简直就是太满意了。。钱花得值得
第四个：力水~因为新车，所以不敢去。。都是慢慢上。。 油门也不敢踩到power。。迟点再comment。不过感觉要快速加速的话，好像要踩很深。。
第五个：handling~满意，和我以前的老车一个天一个地。。八十进弯可以很舒服的控制。。
第六个：空间~前面Driver seat和Almera比起来。。 我觉得prius c会比较宽点。。 后座的话，有点嫌窄，比fiesta大，比almera小。。。 不过还是可以接受啦，除非后面三个大人塞进去就会挤了。
第七个：内装~ 冷气控制台那个部分可以在弄美多很多 ， audio head unit满意， 尤其是那个bluetooth的作用，一上车直接connect，来电也会显示号码，省得我麻烦。。那个显示屏是最好玩的地方了。。 驾车除了驾车之外还可以一直在拼油耗，其他车绝对没这么好玩。。
第八：盲点~那个side mirror的盲点好像有点大（compare to saga fl)，好几次知道车子就在旁边但老是看不到车子
往后镜的对我反而ok，退后没什么问题。。
第六：noise~外国车评常常会提起轮胎的噪音，对我而言就没什么问题，可能我以前驾老车的关系。。风声在95kph以上就会出现。。prius c 过黄色减速带的时候声音很扎实，以前的老车感觉整辆好像要散掉。。 所以这方面各位要自己去试试看。。
