请问应拿以下哪个房贷?
1)B-2.4% semi flexi - 89% loan
with min 5 years MRTA
waive processing fee RM200
no monthly charge of RM10.
RM50 per withdrawl - 1 week notice
2) B-2.35% (MRTA optional) 90% loan
waive processing fee RM200
no monthly charge of RM10.
RM10 per withdrawl - 3 working days notice
3) B-2.4% (100% flexi) 90% loan
with min 5 years MRTA
processing fee RM200
Monthly charge RM10

1 or 3. Depends on you whether you will still want to withdraw it. If you are rich and you think you can constantly pay more can try number 3.(mainly for business man, put all money inside and issue cheque whenever he needs it) If you only can pay monthly installment and no extra money to dump in all the time, and all your money put inside will remain untouched, then can use number 1, no need to pay monthly RM10 charges.
