一组非政府组织（MDDB & MCCP Norther Region, MIAR, SPCA Kedah, 4PAWS, PHS, Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) 希望护生园 ）及有关个人联手最近在2012年7月，代表共同努力流浪动物。
使命
1。汇集所有非政府组织和独立的救援人员，以促进他们的努力，宣传流浪动物的困境。
2。为了协助继续努力，在集资活动和项目，以拯救流浪狗和停止杀戮。
3。在公共社会要提高认识，并说服理事会同情流浪动物的需求。
4。携手与理事会及其他法定机构的活动，促进社区邻里安全。
描述
（SOS拯救我们的流浪狗）是一家新成立的联盟集团在槟城，收集所有非政府组织和独立救援人员共同努力，保存所有的流浪狗在槟城。
我们想要什么？
1。理事会手携手合作，以便让雌性流浪狗节育。（MPPP，非政府组织，独立救援人员捕捉在街道上的雌性流浪狗。）
二）市兽医进行绝育。
三）绝育成本 - MPPP，理事会及其他法定机构填补由公共基金绝育成本。
四）在市兽医绝育后1周抚养。
e）在任何生病的流浪狗有没有机会收回未治愈的情况下，我们会在我们指定的兽医和市兽医商讨下决定是否把流浪狗安然死
f）促进社区计划，为流浪狗的问题不再是属于非政府组织，议会和政府机构的职责。它是每个人的问题，我们必须共同努力来面对和解决这个庞大的问题。
SOS建议
两种解决方案，分配绝育的流浪：
解决方案1 - 绝育的流浪狗被转移到一个由农委会提供的临时庇护所。
解决方案2 - CNR（捕捉，绝育和释放）
绝育的流浪狗将被释放到社区，他们来自哪里，志愿者将继续为他们提供了食物和水。这些流浪狗将被称为社区的狗。
鉴定
将一个标记绝育的流浪狗，加上用特定颜色的徽章狗项圈。
让所有绝育的流浪释放走上街头或临时安置前的免疫。

A GROUP of NGOs (MDDB & MCCP Norther Region, MIAR, SPCA Kedah, 4PAWS, PHS, Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) 希望护生园 ) & concerned individuals that had joined forces recently in Jul 2012 to work together on behalf of Stray Animals.
Mission
1. Bring together all NGOs & independent rescuers to promote their effort in publicizing the plight of Stray Animals.
2. To assist in continuing effort at FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES & PROJETCTS to save strays & stop the KILLING.
3. To raise awareness within the public community and to persuade the Council to be sympathetic to the needs of the Stray Animals.
4. To work hand in hand with the Council & other statutory bodies in activities which promote community & neighborhood safety.
Description
SOS (Save Our Strays) is a newly formed Alliance Group in PENANG that gather all NGOs and Independent Rescuers to work together to save all strays in PENANG.
What Do We Want ???
1. To work hand in hand with Council in order to neuter the female strays.
a) MPPP, NGOs, Independent Rescuers & Feeders capture the female Strays on the streets.
b) Spaying to be performed at City Veterinary.
c) Spaying costing - MPPP will contribute the same amount of an injection putting an animal to sleep, the balance will fill up by public fund for the spaying cost.
d) 1 week fostering after spayed at City Veterinary.
e) In case of any sick Strays, we will sent in our appointed Vet to work together with the City Vet and to decide whether put to sleep the Strays in case the Strays has no chance to recover from un-cure decease.
f) Promote community program as strays problem is no longer belong to NGOs, Councils & Government bodies's responsibilities. It is everyone problem that we have to work together to face & solve this hugh problem.
SOS Proposal
2. Two solutions to allocate the neutered strays :
Solution 1 – Neutered Strays to be transferred to a
temporary shelter provided by Council.
Solution 2 - CNR (Catch, Neuter & Release)
Strays will be neutered and release into the
community where they come from, volunteers will
continue to provide them with food & water. These
Strays will then be known as community dogs.
Identification
Put a marking on neutered strays plus a collar with a specific colour of dog badge.
3. Inoculate all neutered strays before releasing back onto the street or to the temporary shelters.
