（最近拿了张信用卡，必须是直接付给sesco才有回扣，online付就没回扣。）

bank staff说online还的有算。这么说难道paybills 的merchant code不属于utilities？
我没看到还有什么方法可以online还了。

SESCO 可以ONLINE 用PAYBIL 还可是不算UTILITY
只有去COUNTER 还才算

paybill不是bill
难怪上次别家银行的cashback活动，说不包括bill，结果我在paybill还钱有拿到cashback

不过，我唯一想到自动付款服务，就是，如果某月，你收到太高的账单，在你提出投诉之前，你就蒙查查已经被扣款了。这情形曾经发生在我身上一次。记表员那天不知道是不是天气太热，多记了200多度。我拍了照，到办公室去投诉，得到的回应是，“你先多还这60多块，下个月才扣回给你。”

没有道歉，没有解释，没有接受你的投诉，没有记录在案改善，直接叫你先还，不要讲这么多。强国下的强公司，强！强强！

去哪里的sesco申请。如果把卡割掉，是不是autodebit自动失效？

民达华和砂督路都可以申请。

理论上的确如此，卡割掉后，autodebit就失效。但是合约方面还是看详细一点比较好，免得背后中枪。
