买二手的desktop

我想要明年有个自己的desktop。但是刚好看到有人卖，不知道值得吗？？
spec 如下 + monitor 是RM1350：
BenIntel I3 3.2ghz
4gb hyper ram
320gb harddisc
450watt cooler master psu
gigabyte crossfire montherboard w 4x ram slot
HD5670 ddr5 1gb graphic card
20"acer LED.
Powerlogic atrix casing w Led light
cooler master cpu and gpu heatsink.

I3 3.2貌似就这个....Intel® Core™ i3-550 Processor (4M Cache, 3.20 GHz)
主板更多...
