Responsibilities :

Evaluate tenders/cost, manage contracts and advise project team on contractual matter

Prepare and submit variation and cost claims

Strength in organization, time management and contract negotiation skills

Liaise with Owners, Consultants & Sub-contractors and support project management team

Review subcontractor claims, materials on site and claim
Project budgeting and costing reports.
Able to work independently.
