驾 forte 的朋友小心：kia forte 2.0 牙箱“BOCOR"!!! 品质问题？

kia forte 2.0 牙箱“BOCOR"!!!
才一年四个月. mileage : 50k.
投诉 kia assit 了.
kia careline holiday。

以下是写给kia careline 投诉信。 等待回复。
Dear KIA Careline
car break down venue: ampang desa 288
time: 2.40pm
date: 20/08/2012 - hari raya second day
I am the owner of kia forte 2.0
i found my car something happen just now near by my home ampang area when i am driving the car from slim river back to KL . so i just drive back immediately because worry break down beside the road.
the car suddenly exchange the gear no smoothly. and always stick with gear number 4. (i turn to manual gear and it show me gear 4)
when i back to my car park and want reverse to my car park. i found my car totally cant move anymore and some gas come out from engine there.
i quickly stop the engine and get out from car. i found some oil leaking out on the middle road from my engine part.
i open the bonnet of car, also found some oil spray out from bottom. i suspect my gear box " bocor"
i attached some pic as your reference.
i direct called to kiaAssit 1300888542 and spoken with MR.tan.
Mr.tan help me to write in the email to careline as a report and put it as a URGENT case.
unfortunately MR.tan told me the KIA careline only back for office hour on wednesday 22/08/12
actually i already complaint to service centre puchong when i service my car about the gear box. it exchange the gear seem "kasar"
but technician told me this problem slove after service my car and told me should be like that one even compare with other kia forte.
i even follow car service schedule and service my car on time.
you may check my service record in puchong kia service.
this is dangerous and serious case if this faulty happen when i " potong kereta" on the highway.
it will harm my life and my family life.
my car only 1 years 4 months and mileage 50k.
i wish naza kia take my case as a serious and emergency case and give me the feedback ASAP.
This is quality problems? or kia service centre technician problems?
i wish i can receive your call on early morning of 22/08/12

那个mr.tan都已经跟进了，不是说22/08开工吗??!! 嘛等咯，只能怪你的运气比较没有酱好。。。

lz，要有心理准备，不用期待22/8早上他们会回复你（如果他们有联络你都要谢天谢地料）。。。。

变速箱是有保家5年。他们应该会在raya后才回复你。目前为止你应该是第一个人驾驶Kia 6-speeds出现问题。而且这个6 speed变速箱是通用于hyundai elantra, sonata, and tucson，还有Kia forte, optima k5, sorento & sportage。要是他们确认是manufacturing defect那么他们将要recall这些车子维修变速箱了。
我个人不觉得你的变速箱问题是个manufacturing defect，应属个案问题。希望你的汽车可以尽快被修理，以免令你对Kia的品牌失去信心。 |

我的是Sonata YF, 之前也试过两次像你这样的情况就是gear卡住换不到，
但是我并没有继续驾驶因为我怕会弄坏牙箱所以停下推去P熄掉引擎再
start结果又可以了，至今已经超过一年没再发生。。。。。相信Forte
和Sonata是同一个引擎和gearbox, 楼主一定是把牙箱撑爆了! |

没有撑爆。
觉得不对劲的时候。就快点驾回家。当时还能跑。
才两分钟的路程。
回到得时候想REVERSE INTO CAR PARK.
就不能动了。 像FREE GEAR 酱。
ENGINE 开始出白烟。
下车看看。
就看到马路上有很多GEAR BOX OIL 了。
SERVICE 40KM 是才换 GEAR BOX OIL.
怀疑是人为的疏忽造成的。

你我都遇到同样的问题，应该是这款gearbox的少少弊端，楼主如果送修后
麻烦通知我让我知道导致换不到gear的原因，我在买Sonata之前有试驾过
2.0的Forte觉得非常有力而且配备很多，就是空间比较小考虑到时常要载
家人外出所以才放弃，我个人觉得Forte是一部好车！ |

虽然发生了酱的问题。
但还是觉得FORTE 2.0 是一部好车。
其实SERVICE 30K 的时候， 已经投诉了GEAR BOX 不顺的问题。
但SERVICE CENTRE TECHINICIAN 说 SETTLE 了。但我还是觉得一样。
以为SERVICE 40K 换GEAR OIL 还好点。 但还是一样。
想 在AFTER RAYA SERVICE 50K 时。 再投诉GEAR BOX
就发生了“爆缸"事件。
在马来西亚，很多时候都是人为态度和疏忽的问题。
相信有去过SERVICE 车的大大会有感受吧。
问题发生了。 希望NAZA KIA MALAYSIA 会正视问题。
别拖延时间 和 推卸责任，草草了事。
发了很多次EMAIL， 到现在我的投诉信还没成功发给NAZA : cmd@naza.com.my

是根据NAZA KIA SERIVCE SCHEDULE 的
40KM SERIVCE 要换4 LITTLES 的GEAR BOX OIL.
