盛资科技175万售资產

（吉隆坡22日讯）盛资科技（SERSOL，0055，创业板）宣布，旗下独资子公司--多元平方私人有限公司（MSSB）与完美电池私人有限公司签署买卖协议（SPA），以总值175万令吉脱售手中资產。

根据文告指出，MSSB將出售一片位于巴生的土地，该地皮面积达549平方米以及一座坐落在莎阿南的工厂。料在6个月內完成买卖交易。

盛资科技管理层认为，脱售上述资產所得的现金將充做公司营运资本用途。

预计从该笔交易获得8万7719令吉的一次性收益，以及截至2016財政年12月31日止的每股净资產和每股盈利料增至0.04仙。

完美电池私人有限公司的业务主要为售卖汽车电箱、电池及相关產品。【东方网财经】

The Board wishes to announce the additional information to the Proposed Disposal and to correct Sections 3, 7 and 10 of the announcement dated 22 July 2016 as follows:- 1. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION OF THE ONE AND HALF (1 1/2) STOREY TERRACE FACTORY Built-up area : 262 square meter Age of building : 19 years Existing use : Warehouse 2. 内部止血．拓展海外．盛资有信心今年转盈

（吉隆坡22日讯）盛资（SERSOL，0055，创业板工业产品组）有信心，在拓展业务至海外市场和重组内部亏损业务后，能够在2017财政年转亏为盈。

出口缅中享汇率优势

盛资代董事经理陈辉仁在股东大会后向《星洲财经》表示，放眼进军缅甸及中国市场，因为把产品出口至海外市场，将以外汇计算，而在马币疲弱的当下，是一项很好的策略。

盛资目前在泰国、印尼及孟加拉皆有业务。

“泰国业务连续4年都有赚利，而孟加拉将是我们的主打市场，我们也打算重新进入缅甸市场，毕竟该国有约5500万人口。”

陈辉仁表示，该公司已于去年杪前往缅甸寻找潜在客户，并会透过当地代理寻找客户。

陈辉仁也欢迎来自中国及欧美的外资加入合作，以便能够为公司带来协同效应。

“一带一路能够为盛资带来利好，如果能够引进中资，双方结盟合作是一项双赢的方案。”

他不否认，目前在与数个中资针对合作进行洽商，惟不方便透露详情。

盛资的主要业务为涉及建筑物、家具、电气和电子产品的塑胶涂层。

陈辉仁指出，董事部目前在探讨，关闭表现不济的公司，惟尚未有任何定案。

在2016财政年，盛资净亏损由前期的181万令吉缩小至123万1000令吉，营业额则下跌4.05%至2043万1000令吉。

另外，陈辉仁不排除接触新业务的机会，只要新业务不会加重公司的财务负担及人手。

“因为作为一家几乎零负债的公司，我们必须谨慎运用现金流。”

陈辉仁指出，盛资目前的目标就是赚钱，一旦能够交出亮眼成绩，董事部或许会考虑派发股息。

陈辉仁是在2014年4月受委为代董事经理，他指出，会否转为董事经理，由董事部决定。
