身份证 加 英文名

我今年满18岁~
要去换ic 身份证了~
但是想加英文名字在前面可以的吗??

如果可以的话~需要准备什么资料???

Syariah Court Order/Confirmation of the Islamic Religious Council or Department for application to change religion from Islam to non-Islam and to change an Islamic name to a non-Islamic name.
Baptism Certificate / Letter of confirmation of conversion to Buddhism / Hinduism / Sikhism for application to change religion which involves change in name.
