Confirmation Offer Letter 疑问

嗨，请问你们过了probation period后会不会收到正式的confirmation letter?
以下是我的entry offer letter, 过了5个月，但是还没有收到正式的confirmation letter。
Probation Period: The first ninety (90) days of your employment with us shall serve as a probationary period. During this probationary period either party may terminate this contract by giving seven (7) days notice without having to assign any reason. However, the company has the discretion to extend or reduce this period based on your performance during this period.
Termination: Either may party terminate this contract of service by giving sixty (60) days notice or two (2) months basic salary in lieu of notice
如果要走人，需要给7天通知还是2个月？
很多人都说如果没有收到confirm letter, 只须给7天通知罢了。
关于confirmation letter, 你们怎么看？如果没有签，代表还在probation？随时可以走人？

我的MNC沒另外給我confirmation letter
同事說 沒信就是好事
自動confirm
有信代表有問題了@~@
不同公司不同政策
問一問你上司 |

confirm 过后会涨工资...

我曾經簽過2家MNC有列明after confirmtion是沒有increment的 |

7天罢了...
还有的就是虽然试用期是90天，公司有权力加长或是缩短那期限 (the company has the discretion to extend or reduce this period)... |

我有問題要請教，如果一個員工當初簽appointment letter是說6個月confirm，到時會加工錢，而且註明做夠一年就有annual leave 8天。問題是我的經理不要confirm這個做超過6個月的員工，我們公司規矩，如果confirm了，可以先拿4天年假，但她不會被confirm，那麼還會有年假拿嗎？？很亂。。。 |

没有confirm 连 MC 都不能拿。只能拿无薪假期而已。 |
