公司可以随便换员工的position?

如果公司随便换员工的position比如research executive换去documentation officer，做些政府工?
可以告他们吗？ |

莫說換妳的 title.. 就連換你的 salary 也都可以好嗎 ？
換你的 pay 至多是通知勞工局一聲而已。。。
更何況你 join 公司三年不到。。

我公司有个人曾经涉足packing,lab,production,hr,shipping,maintenance,也曾被派去分公司一年。现在是malaysian operation的agm，每天坐在office摇脚 |
