Anasuria Hibiscus UK Limited (“AHUK”), a the wholly-owned subsidiary of Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad (“Hibiscus Petroleum” or the “Company”), had on 28 May 2018, appointed LEAP ENERGY Partners Sdn Bhd (“LEAP Energy”) to undertake an independent evaluation of in-place and recoverable hydrocarbons in the Anasuria Cluster (“Assessment”). The Anasuria Cluster consists of the Teal, Teal South, Guillemot and Cook fields which produce to the Anasuria Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading vessel (“FPSO”), all located offshore in the United Kingdom (“UK”) sector of North Sea. AHUK holds 50% interests in the Teal, Teal South and Guillemot fields, as well as a 19.3% interest in the Cook field. The Company is pleased to announce a summary of the reserves and contingent resources report prepared by LEAP Energy in respect of the Assessment (“Reserves Report”) in Section 2 of the attached announcement. All Reserves and Resources estimates in the Reserves Report are based on the 2007 SPE/AAPG/WPC/SPEE Petroleum Resource Management System (PRMS) guideline. This announcement is based on, and fairly represents, information and supporting documentation prepared by LEAP Energy. Further details of the Reserves Report are set out in the attachment. （吉隆坡4日讯）大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板能源股）期望，油价不会进一步崩跌，但相信即便油价走低到每桶40美元水平，该公司依然可以凭著较低的生產成本，继续获利。

生產成本低

大红花石油董事经理肯尼佩雷拉博士在今日的股东大会后向媒体表示，该公司安娜苏利亚（Anasuria）和北沙巴油田的生產成本大约是每桶20美元与15美元，而其他成本约为每桶5美元，目前而言，即使油价走低，仍有足够缓衝空间。

「即使油价降至每桶40美元，我们依然可以获利。」

针对油价前景， 佩雷拉强调，油价难以预测，而且不在公司的控制范围內，该公司所能做的就是致力降低生產成本，到每桶20美元或以下，带来更大缓衝空间。

他透露该公司目前是以每桶50到55美元的原油价格，来预算资本开销。

佩雷拉同时称，在本財政年（6月30日结账）为安娜苏利亚油田拨出3000万美元（约1亿2485万令吉）资本开销，期望在2020財政年把该油田的每日產量提升到5000桶。

该公司放眼在2019財政年把安娜苏利亚和北沙巴油田生產天数分別改善至全年88%和95%以上。对於閒置已久的澳洲油田，佩雷拉表示，由於澳洲油田的生產成本是其他油田的1倍之多，因此不在该公司目前的首要发展计划中。

「我们需要投入5000万到1亿美元的资金来开发澳洲油田，但我们手上的资金有限，只有在財务状况进一步加强后，我们才会考虑此计划。」

至於大红花石油能否达成「2021目標」，即1亿桶2P（指已证实储备及可能储备总数）原油储备及每日生產2万桶原油的目標，佩雷拉指出，加上2C（指估算良好的潜在储备）储备的话，该公司已具备足够的原油储备，接下来就得看原油价格走势，还有该公司的营运效率。

他预计，公司可在本財政年每日平均生產1万到1万2000桶原油。

另一方面， 一位不愿具名的小股东向《东方財经》表示，大红花石油高层在会中透露，公司现有2P储量为4600万桶，而2C储量是6850万桶，其中3000万桶2C储备来自刚在1 0月收购的英国北海「金盏花（Marigold）」及「太阳花（Sunflower）」油田。

他亦引述高层指出，大红花石油將在未来18个月內，拨出500万美元进行上述两块油田的工程和技术研究，以制定正式开发计划並取得有关当局的许可，进而將2C储备转为2P储备。

保留资金不派息

无论如何，该股东指出，管理层坦承，大红花石油虽然业绩良好，但现在规模仍然不大，为了未来成长和未雨绸繆，该公司必须保留资金，暂时没有派息的计划。
