Responsibilities:
Conduct/ Coordinate Internal & External Trainings inclusive trainings requested by stakeholders.
Maintenance of Learning & Development's database inclusive of operational matters related to Learning & Development.
Involve in Implementation of Learning & Development initiatives such as Training Needs Analysis, Talent Management & Surveys.
Delivery & development of related internal training modules.
