吉运速递COO晋大股东 传黄英肃成灵通新董经

（吉隆坡1日讯）吉运速递（GDEX，0078，主板贸服股）总营运长黄英肃（译音）崛起为灵通综合（INGENCO，0034，创业板）的大股东后，消息称，他还将成为灵通综合的新董事经理。

接手陈文龙9.22%黄英肃是在上周五从灵通综合（INGENCO，0034，创业板）前任董事经理陈文龙的手中，买进9.22%股权。

根据文告，今年44岁的黄英肃是Firstwide Success私人有限公司的大股东，通过后者持有灵通综合的9.22%股权。

他在15年前以销售主管加入吉运速递，2013年被委任为董事，目前在吉运速递负责快递业务营运。

而陈文龙及妻子陈雪莹（译音）则因脱售了Firstwide Success股权，而不再是灵通综合的大股东。

《星报》引述消息报道，黄英肃将取代陈文龙，成为灵通综合的新任董事经理。

根据灵通综合官网，该公司业务涉主要是提供软件解决方案、系统集成及服务给各行业的客户，包括服务、制造、电信、零售、酒店和汽车业者。

陈文龙早前以个人健康为由，辞去灵通综合的董事经理，并同时辞去Utopia（UTOPIA，0140，创业板）的董事一职。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡3日訊）靈通綜合（INGENCO，0034，創業板科技）管理層或出現變動消息傳出后，該股交投持續不退燒，繼昨日之后成交量迅速突破1億股大關，蟬聯熱門股榜冠軍位子。

靈通綜合獲投資者熱烈追捧，開盤時揚0.5仙至9仙，交投增長迅速十分，休市已達1億2854萬1000股，股價暫報9仙，起0.5仙。

閉市時，該股起0.5仙至9仙，成交量1億3880萬4300股，蟬聯熱門股榜榜首位置。

根據早前報導，吉運速遞（GDEX，0078，主要板貿服）前任執行董事黃英蘇（譯音）在上週四（26日）通過收購Firstwide Success私人有限公司，持有靈通綜合9.22%股權成為大股東。

另一方面，靈通綜合前董事經理陳文龍在同一天全面脫售Firstwide Success股權，不再是靈通綜合大股東。

黃英蘇于前日正式辭去吉運速遞執行董事一職，市場揣測他可能將進入靈通綜合擔任管理層職位。

吉運速遞閉市時起3仙至1.75令吉，成交量71萬7300股。

期望能扭转劣势 Ingenuity进军物流业

（吉隆坡3日讯）亏损的资讯科技（ICT）方案供应商Ingenuity统一有限公司（INGENCO，0034，创业板），其高级管理层已在今年初出现变动后进军物流业务，以带领公司恢复健康财务状况。

该集团董事经理黄英苏（译音）告诉传媒：“如果新的管理层能为物流和现有业务的生产能力，在一年内提高40％，我想我们可以在不到1年的时间内转盈。”他补充，上述业务将在未来1至2年时间贡献集团10％的收入。

自去年6月起，Ingenuity统一一直亏损，但在截至2014年12月30日止第3季度出现短暂复苏。黄氏在本地的物流行业拥有15年经验，使他成为合适人选领导集团新成立的业务。

他在今年3月向前董事经理陳文隆收购9.22％股权后成为主要股东，然后在4月3日被任命为该集团的董事经理。

黄氏说：“如果所有计划都进展顺利，我们肯定获取成果。我刚从外国回来，我给自己一年时间来重新整理业务。”

他称：物流业务补充了Ingenuity统一的ICT分销供应链。“裁减过多员工后，生产力就会上升。有了这个第2引擎进来，它将补充整个作业流程。”

它的传统ICT分销业务，由于商业环境竞争激烈，令到赚幅遭到侵蚀因而出现亏损。

“由于该业务的赚幅并不吸引，因此我们需要另一种服务作为补充，以降低成本。”

该集团在日5月28日的公布中指出，在截至2015年3月31日止财政年度，出现2471万令吉的净亏损，但在去年同期录得171万令吉的净盈利。而营业额则按年从6亿1670令吉下降34％至4亿703万令吉，主要是ICT分销业务贡献较低，而较低的赚幅是造成净亏损的主要原因。

此外，Line Clear速运是Ingenuity统一的全资子公司，在2013年成立作为其内部的分销渠道。目前，它拥有30辆货车，目标是在数周内全面运作。该公司计划在今年底前扩充至50辆货车。

该公司在截至2016年3月31日止财政年度，拨出500万令吉作为物流业务的资本开支。它也寻求收购另一块土地来扩大其仓储设施。

现在，该集团专注在巴生谷的运输服务。

在竞争方面，黄氏表示：“我们不会为了竞争而全力以赴，但会倾向于互相补充。我们将会为所有行业提供物流服务，特别是中小型企业。而这些都是推动国家经济的公司。”

他透露：“我们正在刘蝶购物广场筹备设立一家新商店，为顾客购买ICT产品后提供物流服务。”

在ICT业务方面，它拥有4大核心业务，分别是商业软件方案、系统综合和服务、ICT硬件和软件分销和服务，以及电讯产品和分销服务。

该集团的电讯产品和分销服务部门将由首席执行员钟杰夫（译音）领导，他在3月受委出任该职位。在未上任前，他是明讯有限公司（MAXIS，6012，贸易服务组）的流动产品和国际服务部门副总裁。

Ingenuity统一还计划建立一个新的电子商务平台，以缩短零售商和分销商订购大批产品的过程。它的目标是在1天之内于巴生谷范围内交付货物。

灵通综合取消私配

（吉隆坡16日讯）灵通综合（INGENCO，0034，创业板）宣布取消寻求展延进行私下配售的申请，而正式终止私下配售计划。

该公司去年7月建议，私下配售不超过缴足资本10%的新股给第三方投资者，为营运资本和发展资讯工艺产品运送服务筹资。

看好網購物流業‧靈通冀明年轉虧為盈

（吉隆坡28日）靈通（INGENCO,0034,創業板科技組）看好網購物流業發展，將以低廉的倉儲成本吸引客戶，展望在明年可以轉虧為盈。

靈通董事經理黃榮仕在股東大會後對《星洲日報》表示，公司目前仍持續進行轉型和重組計劃，未來將推出配合網上商店的物流配送服務。

低廉倉儲成本吸引客戶

“未來我們將結合旗下的Line Clear快遞及物流有限公司的物流業務，為廣大的網絡商店業者提供配送及貨物儲存服務。我們最大的賣點是儲存費用十分低廉，每公噸貨物大約40令吉。”

針對這項服務，公司將撥出200萬令吉的資金。這筆資本開銷已經在安排當中。

靈通的首席財務員許傳華表示，儘管去年發售私下配售新股失敗，但公司仍會照常進行目前的企業計劃。目前傾向於以內部融資的方式籌措營運資金。

負債200萬

慶幸的是，公司負債並不高，目前只負債200萬令吉。該筆債務是有部份是屬於公司的倉庫貸款。

該公司自2014年6月以來就已經蒙虧，但截至2015年9月30日的財報公司的首半年淨虧從去年同期的1千365萬6千令吉縮小至712萬2千令吉。

黃榮仕去年3月從陳文龍手上購買9.22%股權而成為該公司顯著大股東。
