榕光铅板钢铁出口印泰

（吉隆坡25日讯）榕光铅板工业（Yunkong，7020，主板工业产品股）计划，今年末季出口旗下钢铁产品至印尼和泰国。

榕光铝板工业董事经理兼总执行长拿督苏添来表示，这些钢铁产品包括预涂热浸镀锌铁管、镀锌铁管以及冷轧钢。

“我们计划，首12个月按月出口1000吨钢铁产品至印尼和泰国，每月出口总值预计介于600至700万令吉。”

苏添来在上周的股东大会后如是告诉《星报》。

目前，榕光铅板工业正在申请印尼标准国家准证，以出口产品至该国。

今年可转盈

苏添来表示，或在泰国和印尼设立分销中心以推动出口业务，同时计划3年内于两地设厂。

至于榕光铅板工业今年的资本开销为500至1000万令吉，主要作为提升生产线用途。

除了之前的限售，榕光铅板工业也刚完成一项私下配售，筹得资金4395万令吉。

“资金将作为公司营运资本，以加强业务经营和产量。”

连续亏损两年后，苏添来相信今年将转盈。

公司截至2013财年3月31日首季从去年亏损310万令吉，税前盈利录得263万令吉。

拟在曼谷设分销中心 榕钢控股拓东盟市场

（古晋2日讯）从事制造与销售电镀与涂层钢铁产品的榕钢控股有限公司（YKGI，7020，工业产品组），计划在今年第4季之前，于泰国曼谷附近设立一个区域分销中枢。

其董事经理兼首席执行员拿督苏添来指出，这项行动是该公司专注在2015至16年间，争取2015年东盟经济共同体实行后新成长机会的行动之一。

“这项是我们区域化和环球化我们产品的计划一部分。”

他今日是在此间DemakLaut工业园总部推介公司新标志和名称后的记者招待会上，如是披露。

苏添来上述行动也配合集团进一步迎合泰国钢铁产品市场的潜质，这个市场目前在东南亚排名第1，去年消耗1300万公吨的钢铁。

“而且，在曼谷的一个分销中枢也配合我们在邻近国家如缅甸、柬埔寨和寮国等市场。”

他表示，该公司计划投资200万令吉以设立这个分销中枢。

与此同时，他称，榕钢控股也探讨直接出口其产品到印尼的可能性，后者是东盟第2大钢铁消费国。

他指出，这将在该公司获得印尼国家标准局的准证，以容许直接出口后展开。

榕钢放眼彩色涂层產品2.5亿营业额

（巴生11日讯）钢铁產品製造、贸易和生產商--榕钢控股（YKGI，7020，主板工业股），放眼其全新的持续彩涂机组(CCL)可在2014年，把该集团的彩色涂层產品营业额增加至2亿5000万令吉。       

该集团在去年写下4亿6200万令吉的营业额，当中彩色涂层產品贡献了35%。

在完全投入营运后，全新的持续彩涂机组预计可额外增加1亿令吉的营业额，以及把彩色涂层產品的销售量贡献增加至50%。

榕钢控股董事经理兼首席执行员拿督苏添来表示，价值3000万令吉的全新生產机组，是该集团位于巴生的主要工厂的最新生產设施。该工厂目前拥有4座主要生產线，年產量高达25万至30万公吨。

「于今年年初投入营运的全新持续彩涂机组，生產的不仅是高端產品，当中也包括中端和低端產品，让我们可以持续迎合客户们的需求。」

苏添来是在该集团的新设施和位于巴生的总公司举行的媒体预览会上这么表示。该全新的持续彩涂机组拥有8万至10万公吨的年產量。

在预计全球的钢铁需求量將会適度成长的当儿，许多新建成的炼钢厂也预计將于2015年上半年在东盟区域投入营运。

榕钢控股也自2012年起，概述了其5年业务转型计划，以应对东盟市场激烈的竞爭。

配合其业务转型计划，榕钢控股也著手于其区域扩充计划，即于今年年初在东盟设立贸易中心，放眼于2015年在该集团所生產的彩色涂层產品中，把其中的30%出口至在区域內给该集团带来庞大商机的社群。

与此同时，榕钢控股也在本地进行了一些投资。

強化根基本應對2015挑戰‧榕鋼轉型擴展區域

耗資3千萬令吉的巴生第二條連續式鋼卷彩色涂層生產線，於2013年初投入生產，榕鋼控股（YKGI,7020,主板工業產品組）將藉此提高彩色涂層產品銷售量，並推行一系列轉型計劃，旨在一洗連續2年面臨虧損的頹氣，以蓄勢角逐區域市場。

該公司董事經理拿督蘇添來向《投資致富》表示，鋼鐵領域向來都不穩定，主要是因為原料價格的波動，以及一些政策的影響，因此管理層擬定5年轉型計劃，強化公司基本面，應對未來可能浮現的衝擊。

他說，特別是將於2015年成立的“東盟經濟共同體”，將使鋼鐵業掀起更劇烈的競爭。

“我們希望能在此之前，為公司打造強穩的業務，提高競爭力，與區域同業看齊。”

他也表示，公司於2012年全購子公司StarShine控股，更進一步掌握了鋼鐵下游業務，接下來除了拓展現有的業務外，亦將伺機進軍鋼鐵上游業務，參與生產鋼鐵原料的行列。

榕鋼控股當前於巴生擁有的地段為25英畝，其中工廠和辦事處佔地15英畝，待年杪開始興建了綜合維修中心和倉庫後，剩下的地庫將用作興建上游原料的生產廠，但董事局暫時還沒作出決定。

此外，蘇添來也指出，公司目前的出口不大，僅少於總銷量的10%，為了提前將公司品牌植入區域市場，將會在泰國和印尼設立分銷中心，除了進行交易與存貨外，還是為了提高海外曝光率，所以現階段已在物色合適地點執行這項策略。

他表示，該公司的目標，是在2015年內，能在區域中爭取一定的口碑，促使出口的營業額達1億令吉的水平。

瞄準50%營收貢獻新

蘇添來說：“我們算是領域的中游業者，負責的是原料與製成品之間的生產過程，如鍍、漬以及彩色涂層等的工作。”

他指出，以目前的市場，4個增值過程的製成品皆可出售於不同的客戶，然彩色涂層畢竟是公司生產線上最後一個增值過程，因此也是旗下4種主要產品中賺幅最高的，所以公司未來將專注於積極提高其銷量，瞄準50%的營業額貢獻率。

蘇添來也憧憬，巴生第二條連續式鋼卷彩色涂層生產線，預計可在2014年第三季達最大產能，屆時有望可把彩色涂層產品的營業額提高至2億5千萬令吉。

該生產線自3月正式投入運作後，目前產能已達55%。

而單是此一新生產線，該公司生產量便已達每年8至10萬公噸，若連同已投入運作的生產線，則達每年25萬至30萬公噸。

“產能提高後，公司彩色涂層產品的營業額將額外增加1億令吉。”

此外，新生產線由於非常自動化，因而同時推高彩色涂層產品的賺幅至10到12%。

新生產線環保安全

在訪問榕鋼控股巴生的新生產線時，蘇添來表示，該生產線結合了來自歐洲、日本和印度的先進科技，設有再生熱量氧化（RTO）技術和“漆箱”系統，在生產高端產品的同時，亦確保儘量降低污染程度和安全保障。

他指出，“漆箱”系統便是先前與貝格工業塗料大馬有限公司（Beckers），共同合作開發的解決方案，所解決者，就是成功在彩色涂層的過程中，把不利於空氣的漆味保留在一定的空間（漆箱）里，但同時又不會影響涂層的工作。

“把有害的氣體保留起來後，我們便會利用RTO的技術，將這些氣體輸到另一組機械燃燒成能量，再以此能量協助生產線的運作，減低燃料的使用。”
此舉將有利於該公司攫取一些想獲取綠色建築指數認證（GBI）的客戶。

彩色涂層產品多元化

為了讓榕鋼控股更上一層樓，管理層意識到公司產品必須要走多元化的路線，使其滲透社會各種階層，因此全新的生產線，將有能力生產除了高端彩色涂層產品外，還包括中端以及經濟端。

蘇添來對此表示，類似建築工地的臨時鋼製圍牆，由於只為暫時隔離作用，所以根本無須使用耐用度長達最少25年的高端彩色涂層產品；反觀一些高端住宅產業發展計劃，亦不可以0.35毫米厚度以下的產品為屋頂。

榕鋼控股的新生產線可預先設定製成品0.18至1毫米的厚度，製成各種品質的鋼卷，迎合公司多樣化的客戶群，而且生產流程的速度達每分鐘100米，屬於高速類型的機組。

藉成本效益抵銷利空

國內汽油價格上漲，馬幣欲振乏力，蘇添來坦言未來6個月鋼鐵領域仍不得安寧。

儘管如此，他表示公司仍會持續執行5年轉型計劃，應對短期利空。

大馬2012年鋼鐵消耗量達890萬公噸，從前期增長了9%，高於市場所預測的3%，而基於國內一系列的基建計劃，蘇添來預測2013年鋼鐵消耗量仍會持續增長3至5%，至920萬公噸。

（吉隆坡22日讯）榕钢控股（YKGI，7020，主板工业产品股）宣布，以1018万5000令吉向K-SteelIndustries私人有限公司（KSI），购买一块有期地皮、连同一座工业厂房及设备。

榕钢控股向马交所报备，独资子公司ASTEEL（沙巴）私人有限公司，今日与KSI签署两项合约：（一）以913万2000令吉，购买位于亚庇约1.92英亩的有期地皮（2098年12月31日）、连同一座7年的工业厂房，建筑面积和可用净面积为4万6000平方尺；（二）以105万3000令吉，收购设备的所有权益。

该公司指出，将通过银行借贷和内部集资的方式，以现金支付这笔收购金。

文告指出，设备完善和优越的地理位置，让ASTEEL以较低成本进入沙巴市场。此外，榕钢控股将为ASTEEL提供可靠和稳定的钢铁供应。[南洋网财经]

YKGI控股有限公司（YKGI，7020，主板工业产品股）的股价在10月21日该公司宣布在沙巴买进厂房和机械后从37仙显著上涨并一度创下45.5仙的最高价。

该公司股价在上周五是以41仙结束交易，其凭单YKGI-WB则因为其中一个董事几乎沽清手中持有凭单而影响走势。该凭单在消化了沽压后在上周五略为上升至12仙。

YKGI控股主要是生产钢铁产品。该公司在2013年首半年转亏为盈取得了640万令吉的净盈利，这比起2012年首半年的370万令吉净亏损大有改善，该公司在业绩报告对公司展望保持乐观。

YKGI控股刚刚宣布以1020万令吉收购厂房和机械进军沙巴州。

YKGI-WB的估价在以交易角度看来估价并不高，其引伸波幅达29.3%比起58.5%的母股历史波幅低很多，这意味该凭单理论上是被低估。

投资者通过YKGI-WB参与母股的成长可获得高达2.21倍的有效杠杆，不过由于其中一个董事最近脱售大量凭单，投资者还需要注意其他董事或大股东有否在市场沽售YKGI-WB。

这是因为如果大股东在这个低价位沽出凭单，他们对母股的上涨潜能不会太乐观。

YKGI Holdings Berhad ("YKGI") wishes to announce that the Board of Directors has on 28 February 2014: (i) recommended a first and final single-tier dividend of 1.0 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each, in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2013, payable on 21 July 2014 to depositors whose names appear in the Record of Depositors on 30 June 2014, for approval by shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting of YKGI ("AGM"). The notice of dividend entitlement and payment shall be advertised at a later date. (ii) proposed to seek shareholder mandate for the RRPT from the shareholders at the AGM to be convened at a later date. A Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Shareholder Mandate is currently being prepared and will be despatched to shareholders at a later date. Description	INCORPORATION OF NEW SUBSIDIARY
YKGI Holdings Berhad ("YKGI") wishes to announce that a new wholly-owned subsidiary, namely ASTEEL Resources Sdn Bhd ("ARSB") was incorporated in Malaysia on 31 July 2014. The Certificate of Incorporation (Borang 9) was received from Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia on 31 July 2014. The total paid-up share capital of ARSB is RM100 comprising of 100 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, out of which 98 shares are held by YKGI and the remaining two (2) shares are held one (1) each by Dato' Dr Hii Wi Sing and Mr Victor Hii Lu Thian in trust on behalf of YKGI.  Dato' Dr Hii Wi Sing is a major shareholder of YKGI whilst Mr Victor Hii Lu Thian is a director and major shareholder of YKGI. The principal activities to be carried out by ARSB are general trading and investment holdings. This announcement is dated 31 July 2014.
