Astro乱乱charge 我credit card!

astro在几个星期前charge我的citibank信用卡，没有得到我的允许！
我不懂他们怎样拿到我这张信用卡的资料，我都没有给过astro。
他们现在charge我的数目和astro户口都不是我的，可是是auto debit的。
我只有register给citibank还我自己的astro户口，citibank和我肯定了，这个数目和户口是astro自己charge的，不是那个我和citibankregister的。
想请教各位大大，我可以怎样控诉Astro？他们拖了我很久都没有refund，现在我已经填了citibank dispute form了，Citibank会帮我refund 。可是我不想这么容易放过astro，哪里可以乱乱charge人，然后给人发现refund就算了？
我可以怎样追究？ |

其实citibank也不应该charge你.
你没刷卡.你也没填authorization debit form,citibank凭什么接受这个transaction?
我是你的话.告诉citibank,revert这个transaction,不然会询问bank negara malaysia这个案件应该怎么弄.

customer service通常都会敷衍你的.直接去银行,on desk customer service agent帮不到的话 找supervisor/ manager帮.
我朋友遇过一样的case, credit card有国外的transaction, 就说人在国内没有出国,那个日期怎么会有transaction, HSBC分行的CS直接revert那个transaction.很快,不用15mins 本帖最后由 angrybird 于 5-7-2013 01:46 PM 编辑
