不可以虽然有protein成分。主要是muscle block，energy recovery,平衡男性荷尔蒙 |

amino acid又称安肌酸，基本上在每个protein都会有，只是称份高不高。初学者一般上都建议 protein+creatine, 这是最快途径可看到效果。 但由于creatine是从人体内的水分转换成肌肉，很快的肌肉的膨胀就消失了。另外，当你到了莫个level,是不鼓励在用creatine,因为你只看到1团的肌肉，但看不到曲线，除非你是喜欢玩摔跤那类的体型，那你就用protein+creatine+amino acid.。安肌酸也可在物体的食物找到，只是问题在于你的肠胃可装进多少食物？
(p/s:creatine不买也可以，用葡萄糖就足够了因为creatine是从葡萄糖来的。葡萄糖很多好处，你不妨可以用葡萄糖来取代。1天3-4次.早1次，before gym1次，after gym1次，睡前1次） |

我其实也没卖，因为supply agent都不够了。。当然，我觉得马来西亚的帖子很奇怪，明明帖子主题是这样，但由于莫些人喜欢把现有的主题改成其他话题。。我觉得是很不尊重那个开帖的人。在国外是不会这样的，有兴趣的者都会自己的分享在那个帖子的主题。所以，还是low profile比较好。 |
