大家知道Bayu Sekamat吗？在tmn koperasi ceupac 附近起房子，那里是个怎样的地方？我老公看到masjid和sekolah agama，觉得那里应该是马来人很多的地方，大家怎么看？哪个地方会有华人买吗？

那一個地方比較kampung，馬來人居多，但是不是很清楚Bayu Sekamat會不會有華人買..........

看到別人的評語，好像不怎麼好哦。也難怪Mah Sing會以350K的價錢推出。

你在google打bayu sekamat就可以找到了..........是在其他的forum看到的

我也去看过了，是在马来kampung，但它附近都是banglo,和一些排屋。
现在已经卖rm430k了，不过有扣10%。
而且两年后要找这价钱也很难了。
