我没看清楚今天的消息，买入了两lot过后才发现有分股息 现在总共有7lot，平均买在1.14
通常分了股息过后股价会跌一点的是吗？如果先看到股息的消息就会迟点才买了
但是我觉得mapletree是有潜质的股，所以我会一有钱就买一点来收，当储蓄吧

上次自从他宣布在 Changi Business Park 的 Signature Building 大租户 Credit Suisse 将在 ２０１２ 年底迁出后，股价泻了一轮肚子，现在好不容易又爬到接近 1.10 的价位。
我下一次买进的时机是定在他宣布另一优质租户 Lucasfilm Singapore 也会迁出之时。
Lucasfilm Singapore 已经确定会拥有自己的大楼，且已经动土了，预定在 ２０１２ 年底完成。

You can participate through the Preferential Offering which will be launched on 10 August. An Instruction Booklet will be sent to Unitholders upon launch. Application for the preferential units or additional Units can be made through the ATM before 16 August.

所以我会得到  0.0111 + 0.0198 = 0.0309
0.0309 x 9000 = 278.1
这样算对吗？

还有那 0.0111 的是这样写的
ADV $0.0111 - SGD 0.0114 LESS TAX
ADV 是什么？ 为什么取 0.0111 而非 0.0114?

Mapletree Industrial Trust has achieved a distributable income of $37.5 million for the second quarter, 18.4% higher than the corresponding period last year.

Distribution per unit amounted to 2.29 cents, an increase of 11.7% from 2.05 cents over the same period.

Net property income was flat at $48.4 million for the quarter ended Sept 30.

The strong performance was led by contributions from acquisition, positive rental revisions and stable occupancies across key property segments.

CIMB Research raised its target price for Mapletree Industrial Trust, which owns factories and other industrial assets, to $1.51 from $1.31 and kept its ’neutral’ rating, citing higher margins.

By 10:53 a.m., units of Mapletree Industrial were flat at $1.395, and have surged 30% since the start of the year, compared with the FTSE ST Real Estate Investment Trust’s 34% rise.

Mapletree Industrial said its distribution per unit for the second quarter was 2.29 cents, 11.7% higher than the year-ago period, due to contributions from acquisitions, higher rents and improving margins.

CIMB said the trust has stronger capital management, as it issued a $45 million 10-year fixed rate note that lengthened average debt tenure to 3.2 years from 2.7 years, yet borrowing cost fell to 2.3% from 2.5%.

However, CIMB noted that its current price to book value of 1.4 times is among the highest in the sector, and has likely priced in growth potential.

丰树工业信托(Mapletree Industrial Trust)在2Q13录得可分配收入增加18.4%至3,750万元，由于毛收入也增加14.8%至6,820万元。良好的表现归功于所收购的组合带来贡献、租金上调及主要产业的租用率稳定。平均现时租金从上个季度的每个月每平方英尺1.56元提高至本季度的1.59元，组合的平均租用率则从94.9%上升至95%。公司宣布，本季度的每单位派息为0.0229元。

启示：由于外需下降，制造业趋软，加上工业楼面将陆续面市，租金可能因而受压。但公司的组合优越及多元化，因此它对本年余下日子表示审慎乐观。
