Contents : The Board of Directors of NV Multi (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 8 October 2010 received a letter dated 8 October 2010 (“Offer Letter”) from Mutual Tactic Sdn. Bhd. (“MTSB”) detailing its offer to acquire the entire business and undertakings of NV Multi (including the entire assets and liabilities of NV Multi) for a total purchase consideration of approximately RM295 million that is equivalent to RM0.78 per ordinary share of RM0.25 each in NV Multi (“NV Multi Shares”) multiplied by 378,340,000 NV Multi Shares being the total number of outstanding NV Multi Shares as at 7 October 2010 (“Offer”), subject to the terms and conditions of the Offer.

The Board (save for Dato’ Kong Hon Kong and Kong Yew Foong, who are deemed interested in the Offer) will deliberate on the Offer and a further announcement will be made in due course.

A copy of the Offer Letter from MTSB is attached with this announcement.

上市集資，過後前途無量，就私有化，有錢途的公司是不會和小股東分享的。

前車之鑑 :

KNM講私有化，股票不斷沖高，之後那些人不斷出票，過後就講因為什麼東東問題，所以才私有化不成，那些在私有化之前買進的投資者，最後卻成了人家的晚餐。

私有化，大股東沒有超過 70%的票量，講私有化，呵呵，KNM 也是如此，所以是好是壞，會不會也像KNM一樣呢?
這我就不知了，不過可以肯的講，大股東的票有 70%來講，私有化會 90%成功。

如果每家上市公司都是學KNM如此玩法，投資者不死也半生不死，因為講私有化，股票抄高，最終講不成功，人家早就丟票了，所以講，這種私有化，如果不改，投資者肯定吃虧。

大股東以每股78仙全面獻購富貴集團 吉隆坡8 日訊） 富貴集團（NVMULTI，5021，主板貿服股）今日發文告宣佈，其創辦人兼大股東- - 拿督鄺漢光和鄺耀豐通過子公司--MutualTactic有限公司，向富貴集團提出以總值2億9500萬令吉，或是每股0.78令吉全面獻購該集團資產與負債。

Mutual Tactic有限公司完成收購資產後，該公司將回退每股78仙予股東。
週五閉市時，該股報0.64令吉。截至現在，其4名大股東--鄺漢光、陳寶華（音譯）、Anugaris有限公司和Meridian Location有限公司共持有該公司總共1億零626萬9936股，或相等於28.09%股權。
同時，富貴集團也表示，將會在10月11日至13日暫停交易，讓董事局（除了涉及獻購的拿督鄺漢光和鄺耀豐）能夠對上述獻議作出慎重的考量。
根據該項獻議，該集團必須在10月21日之前作出答覆。

    对。新的成长股，确实很难找。 除了传统的行业（通讯，消费品，医疗，原产品），我有一个IDEA， 未来我看好绿色能源科技，工业及垃圾废料处理。 在大马，不晓得哪间上市或非上市公司是从事 green techology 的？我最看好 家居用的 电灯泡，我估计 三到五年内，传统的灯泡全部会被淘汰！

Results of the extraordinary general meeting (“EGM”) of the Company in relation to the following:
I. Proposed disposal of the entire business and undertakings (including the entire assets and liabilities) of NV Multi to NV Multi Asia Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Mutual Tactic Sdn Bhd) for a total consideration of RM300,011,400 (“Proposed Disposal”)
II. Proposed distribution of the cash proceeds arising from the Proposed Disposal to all the entitled shareholders of NV Multi (“Proposed Distribution”)
